 2. Haazirrho

Daily Cause List Alerts (DCL) is a Cause list Track & Alert system with daily, targeted
and filtered reports of relevant and pending cases in consumer courts across the
country. The cause lists are extracted from around 14,000 courts’ websites. DCL
tracks these sites multiple times every day and extracts relevant cases, standardises
the content, puts in a neat format and emails them to concerned legal teams every day
at 8am and 8pm. These alerts are also called 8n8 alerts from Haazirho.

Everyday hundreds of consumer court employees/contractors go online and update

cause ists on various court websites powered by NIC. These sites are updated during
the day at times that's convenient to the court employee or a third party contractor.
Our system continuously monitors the court sites for changes in the cause lists and
captures if changes are made and if there is a match with specified content, triggers

 4. Digital Address Verification:

Virtual Address Verification is a technology driven address verification adhering to the

standards of RBI in V-CIP. It is a consent-based platform powered by Real Time-
Location-Tracking-System (RLTS). A Virtual Field Executive guides the candidate with
the process and checks the quality of the documents and time stamps using the RLTS.

Real Time Location Tracking System (RTLS)

Realtime Location Tracking System is Valuepitch’s proprietary technology enabling
triangulation of commonality from multiple addresses in real time. It goes beyond
geotagging by looking at multiple sources of addresses. It takes input address from
sources such as gps, google, mapmyindia, pincodes, documents (OCR), html and
checks for real time stamps and if it fits the time stamp criterion, calculates the
overlap between the address sources and if the percentage overlap calculated exceeds
the preset threshold then returns that the same address claim is true. It also displays
the address pointers on a graph with a configurable radius and multi colours to
enable the quality control person to examine for the veracity of the address claims.

7. Verbal Police Verification:

- The verification is done by the police station under whose jurisdiction the
applicant’s address falls. Valuepitch verifies the details submitted in the
application form such as the applicant’s name, age and address. This is done in
person, Contacting the police officer directly.
- Valuepitch takes upto four variables as input. These are then searched &
matched in the records of the jurisdictional police station. It first searches the
data of top 5 nearest police stations by pincode. And if the data is not available
with the local police station, the team reaches out to head police stations.

8. Enhanced Criminal check:

While a regular criminal check covers the legal database with court hearings as the
basis, Enhanced Criminal Check looks at other sources as well. Data in the public
domain arising from Law Enforcement Agencies that cover police records, wanted lists,
arrested data, data arising from Regulators that have criminal implications such as
criminal implications from company law violations, defaulters, tax avoidance matters

9. Company Check:

Company search has two separate sub products. One is company information search
and the other one is Company Litigation Search.

Company Basic Check involves looking up at the public sources to establish the
existence of the company. This is done on a wide variety of sources - MCA, BSE, NSE,
Justdial, Google, Positive and Negative Media, Nasscom, Provident Fund, GST, Domain
registrar. The outcome of this will be if the company prima facie looks genuine or not.

Company litigation check includes searching in court cases - civil and criminal across
all India are discovered in this check (in the database of 540million records)

11. Face Match:

A Face Match system is a product of Valuepitch which caters to a technology capable

of identifying or verifying a person from a digital image. There are multiple methods in
which facial recognition systems work, but in general, they work by comparing
selected facial features from a given image with faces within a database. It is also
described as a Biometric Artificial Intelligence based application that can uniquely
identify a person by analysing patterns based on the person's facial textures and
shapes.

It can be collaborated with various other products such as Digital Address
Verification, ID check, CRC..

How Algorithm works:

1. The face algorithm first finds faces in images.

2. After identifying face coordinates, face information is represented as vectors and are
identified by an integer, and that the vectors get compared with L2 (Euclidean)
distances.

3. We take around 128 face vectors to match faces.

4. The final matching score is calculated from distances among different vectors.These
face vectors are divided into 2 categories according to the importance of the feature.

5. The algorithm gives matching similarity out of 100 for input faces. above 80%
match can be considered as the same person

12. News Verification:

News is a rich source of risk information. 1000s of sources publish 100s of articles
everyday. A search across millions of articles and classifying them as positive or
negative as per specified criteria is offered as service. Further, a once a day search on
given queries can be performed on an ongoing basis. This can be done on a company
or individual.

We provide the service of News Analysis in specified list of sources , specified list of
company names and in specified context. This we can do on a daily basis or as per
customer requirement.

We will gather data from all of these established sources on an everyday basis.
Customers will get an aggregate report in Email Notification , Web User Interface or
API format. The report data can be downloaded in Excel format as well.
