Electronics Corporation of India Limited, a Public Sector Enterprise under Department of

Atomic Energy, is looking for dynamic and result-oriented personnel for the following
positions purely on fixed tenure contract basis, for a period of One Year (extendable up to
five years depending upon project requirements as well as performance of the candidate)
/ coterminous with the project/ assignment to work at Various sites like (New Delhi,
Hyderabad, Vizag, Mumbai etc.) under the administrative control of Antenna Products &
Satcom Division and Electronics Manufacturing Services Division.

I. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE AS ON 31/01/2022:
Post No-1 Project Engineer on contract:
A First-class Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electrical
Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Tele Communication Engineering with minimum 60%
marks in aggregate from any recognized Institution/ University.
And Three years post qualification experience with knowledge of
 Networking, UDP/ TCP/ IP Protocol, IP Addressing, LAN, WAN, Technologies.
 VSAT equipment like Antenna Control units , Antenna Drive Units, Feeds, Modems,
BUCs, LNBCs and measuring VSAT parameters.
 Installation of Operating systems like Windows, Linux MS Office etc.
 Installation and Configuration of Router, Switches, Servers, work stations etc.
 installation of configuration of NMS Tools.
 Operating Test equipment like Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, BER meter.
 Operating OTDR and Power Meters for Optical Parameters.
 Isolation Transformer /Power.
 Distribution Panel/ LT & HT/ Junction box.
 UPS Maintenance and Electrical Distribution systems.
 DG sets.

Post No-2 Project Engineer on Contract:
A First-class Engineering Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics &
Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate
from any recognized institution/ University.
And Three years post qualification experience with knowledge of
 Secure Manufacturing System, Component Traceability,
 Database Administration & Networking
 Data Integrity and Security
 Failure Analysis, data analytics & Reports
 Digital certificate and RDP Protocol
 VB.Net, ASP.Net, C#.Net, Java Script , Database: MS SQL 2008, 2019
 Manufacturing, Repairs of EVMs wrt PCB Assembly, Testing, Unit Assembly, Laser
marking etc
 Quality Control for IGQA and Production QC

2.Terms of Engagement & Remuneration for the posts:

The selected candidates shall be engaged initially for a period of One year which may be
extended upto maximum of five years (including initial period) based on requirement and
individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/-
for 1st year, Rs. 45,000/- for 2nd year, Rs. 50,000/- for 3rd year and Rs. 55,000/- for 4th & 5th
year of contract respectively.

3. OTHER BENEFITS:
It is proposed to pay Rs 12000/- per year towards the reimbursement of medical insurance
premium and attire allowance. Selected candidates are required to be covered under a
medical insurance scheme for a sum of Rs 2 lakhs per annum.

4 SELECTION METHOD:
The selection will be based on performance in the walk-in interview. Only those Candidates
who are found eligible after document verification will be interviewed.

5.RESERVATIONS AND RELAXATIONS:

Reservations & Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS will be as per Govt. Directives. Out of
12 posts 6 posts are reserved for UR, 3 for OBC, 2 for SC & 1 for ST category.

Relaxation of Marks: Aggregate marks shall be relaxable to 50% (2nd Class) from 60% (1st Class)
for SC & ST candidates.

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit will be relaxed for SC/ST candidates by 5 years and for
OBC candidates by 3 years. For candidates belonging to PWD category having minimum 40%
disability or more, will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the
categories mentioned above. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had
ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.

6.General Conditions:
a) Before attending the selection process, candidate should read the complete
advertisement carefully and ensure that he / she has fulfill eligibility criteria of the post
stated in the advertisement in all respects.

b) Candidates have to compulsorily provide the CGPA conversion to percentage of marks as
per the guidelines provided by their University.
c) The Degree of Disability for PWD Candidates is 40% & above.
d) The Management reserves the right to relax the stipulated criteria in case of exceptional
candidates, limit the number of candidates for interview as also to fill the posts.
e) All qualifications should be from a recognized Indian University/Institute recognized by
AICTE/Appropriate Statutory Authority.
f) Candidates who studied full time/regular courses will only be eligible to apply.
Correspondence/ distance mode/e-learning/ part time courses will not be considered
g) Academic / Teaching / Research work experience will not be considered as industrial
experience.
h) Only Indian Nationals need to apply.
i) Placement of selected candidates will be anywhere in India/ Sites.
j) The candidature is liable for rejection at any stage of recruitment process in case of
suppression of facts/ furnishing of false information,

Accordingly, the Interview will be conducted only for the candidates who are found eligible
