INTRODUCTION

Write about your project

C.I.D. Criminal database management system (CDMS) is a very simple


to use tool which is designed to easily track, identify, find, manage all
the data that the crime investigation department has gathered on the
criminals including their name, crime, year of jail, year of release, etc.
CDMS is the only program that the department needs to store all the
records of the criminals and maintain and modify them. Some salient
features are as follows:
1. Quickly refer to the records of the past.
2. To refer to the database of the Investigation Bureau for
gathering information on additional criminals.
3. Access details like biometrics, prison term etc.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT


The objective of this project is to let the students apply the knowledge
of programming gained to create real world problem-solving
techniques and develop a good software.
Some objectives are:
1. Writing programs applying all the knowledge gained through
various methods.
2. Use new tools and platforms to adapt and perform tasks
under different circumstances.
3. Writing the code in segments to solve tasks individually and
effectively.

4. Students develop a taste for the work of programming and how to
do research and write a code simply and efficiently.

5. Criminal Database Management System helps the officers of the
bureau to quickly and effectively find a record and do any
necessary changes if required.

Management System has made things very easy.
 This software is made to keep a safe, secure and
organised details of the criminals.
 This software is easy to handle and is user friendly.
 This software can also be used to access other criminal
details from the database of investigation bureau.
 It helps to quickly and efficiently find out and maintain the details
of criminals.
