This document explains how external users and Wood workers who are connecting remotely should
register their accounts for Citrix multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access Citrix applications.

Registering your account for Citrix


MFA
Before external users or Wood workers who are
connecting remotely can access Citrix applications,
you must set up MFA using a telephone that is
registered to you. This allows your identity to be
verified when you login.
