Course Outcome:
CO-1 Know traversing with the help of theodolite and various applications of 1
theodolite survey.

1. Determine the tacheometric constant for the tacheometer.
2. Determine the distance and R.L. of a point when line of sight is horizontal and
inclined for an angle of elevation or depression using dumpy level.
3. Determine the elements of simple circular curve on a road junction.
4. Determine the data for setting out curve from offset of long Chord using linear
measurement devices.
5. Determine the data for setting out curve By Rankine (one theodolite) method of
Curve Setting.
6. Measure the horizontal Angle, vertical angle, deflection angle by Repetition,
Reiteration by Theodolite.
