REASONS FOR CHOOSING AUSTRALIA

There are various reasons for choosing Australia as my next academic

destination. The most compelling one is the diversity on Education as it is well
known that institutions in Australia offer a wide variety of courses and degrees, so
international students can easily find an appropriate university and field for a bright
future. Australia is also a major contributor to global research which makes it a great
choice for international students. Also, the environment and weather are much similar
to that of India making it a suitable place to land. Australia is home to some of the
world's most prestigious higher education institutions and universities, which provide
cutting-edge academics. The GO8, or Group of Eight Leading Universities in
Australia, is a shining example of the country's excellent education and is much
sought after by Indian students. The education system is more practical and career
oriented with a good international impression which can help students to prepare
themselves for the competitive job market and to cope up with demanding challenges
at work. This system is carefully regulated by the Australian government in order to
maintain the high standards of education associated with the country.
Some of the benefits of living in a multicultural society include wonderful
culinary offerings, public international celebrations and the chance to learn a different
language. Australians speak English, which makes it easy for most international
students to understand and be understood. Australia’s standard of living is among the
highest in the world. Living expenses and tuition costs are considerably lower in
Australia than they are in the United States and the United Kingdom. International
students are able to work full-time according to new norms while they study,
allowing them to offset their living costs. There is also the possibility of scholarships,
which can help to lower the cost of studying in Australia for international students.
Friendly environment, top-quality education with innovative teaching styles,
interactive classrooms, projects, and visual presentations and many more features
have made the country an ever-welcoming destination for international students. All
public and private institutions meet with Australian standards and must be registered
on CRICOS (The Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas
Students) to provide education to international students. In addition, all the rights of
international students are protected by ESOS framework. Moreover, I found that the
Australian weather is almost similar to India comparatively other countries, this thing
attracts me to choose Australia for further study. I am also attracted by the
multicultural and peaceful cities with impressive health and safety standards, low
crime rate, considerably affordable living expenses than other countries and has
comfortable learning environment.

The level of scientific research is one of the most tempting aspects of the
country for overseas students. Australia is at the cutting edge of technological
advancements. Australian students can take use of the country's strong technological
and scientific capabilities. The Australian Technology Network (ATN) is made up of
the University of Technology Sydney, RMIT University, the University of South
Australia, and Curtin University, four of Australia's most innovative and enterprising
universities.

REASONS FOR CHOOSING ROYAL MELBOURNE INSTITUTE OF

TECHNOLOGY

I looked for few universities who are offering the same course like University
of Southern Queensland, Deakin University, Queensland University of Technology,
University of South Australia, Victoria University, La Trobe University, University
of Technology Sydney (UTS) and after comparing the university location, cost of
education, scholarships for international students, course curriculum and services
for international students, I decided to study my master’s degree from Royal
Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia.

If we talk about the city where RMIT is situated, Melbourne is the coastal
capital of the southeastern Australian state of Victoria. The city provides the world
class education facilities. The city has the multicultural society with scenic healthy
environment, attractive culture and outdoor lifestyle. Other countries also offer this
course but their course curriculum doesn’t give the in-depth practical and theoretical
knowledge in the given program, as the Australian universities provide especially
Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. So, these are
the few of the many reasons why I have chosen to study further in Royal Melbourne
Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia.

REASONS FOR CHOOSING MASTER OF DATA SCIENCE

Students who successfully complete the Master of Data Science programme

will have a comprehensive understanding of Data Industry. This is a good
opportunity to Enter the revolutionary area of big data where there is an acute
shortage of data scientists. This is expected to drive future growth in the data science
workforce. Students build skills and competence in a field of their choice while also
gaining valuable project team experience through an industry-related project.
Students can take advantage of prospective opportunities after graduation by
connecting Data with business procedures and practices. RMIT's Melbourne
campus offers a two-year full-time study. MC267 is the programme code, and
093313B is the Crisco code. RMIT offers two intakes for this course, in February and
July.
Doing something I love will give me a sense of achievement. I am really fascinated

communication separate me from those people, who will complete their graduation
from India. And these few points will increase my chances to get job in high reputed
companies in India.

Nowadays, there are huge demands in Analytic field in my home country as

our prime minister Narendra Modi launched Digital India campaign which has
attracted many multinational companies like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS),
HCL Technologies and Tech Mahindra and they attract many freshers in their
projects especially who have completed their education from globally recognized
university like Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. So, after getting work
experience from Australia, I will come back to my home country. On the
designation like Data Scientist or Business Analyst, an employee would generate
income of 8,00,000 INR to 10,00,000. I will able to recover my all-study related
expenses within 3 to 4 years after coming back to India. I will look for job
opportunities through various job websites and Android App such as indeed.com,
LinkedIn, Fresher’s world, naukri.com etc. I am also convinced that after 3 to 4
years down the line my annual package will be around 12-15 lakhs as the Data
industry seems very promising in India at the moment. So, by doing job at those
companies, I can execute my knowledge and get expertise experience in this field
which will help me to understand current business scenario. As I am also a family-
oriented person, I wish to complete my study for tremendous career growth and
return India to look after my father as well.
