General Description Features


BIT3367A is a current mode control and fixed Current Mode control and fixed frequency

converter. A low 0.21V feedback voltage, over 8V ~ 18V operation voltage
voltage protection and over current protection make BIT3367A was Built-in 100V power MOS
BIT3367A an ideal controller for LED backlight Internal minimum off time
supplies. Internal soft start function can avoid inrush Over current protection, OCP
current happened in the start-up period. Additional Over voltage protection, OVP
over temperature protection and UVLO make Internal soft-start
system reliable. CMOS process greatly reduces the Over temperature protection, OTP
operating current compared to similar products.
