SPCX726 CS 7600 Roller Kit
The purpose of this service parts news is to announce the release of SPCX 726 CS 7600 Roller Kit.

Parts Contents: 10 x Rollers + Rollers motor sprocket wheel centering device

Tools needed for replacing the rollers:


Screw driver

• Torx 8, 10
• Hexagon 1.5, 2.5, 3.0
• Philipps 2

Procedure of replacing the rollers.
1. Remove the roller assembly according to the service guide.
2. Remove three screws with Torx 8 screw driver and you can remove the sensor board.

3. Remove the two screws fixing the roller motor with H2.5 screw driver. Then remove the roller motor.

4. Remove two screws with Torx 10 screw driver. Grab the rollers and take them out. Please be careful
with the springs which may jump out when taking out the rollers.

5. Loose the screw in the gear with H1.5 screw driver and remove the gear. Then disassemble the
rollers.

6. Take two new rollers and assemble them according to below image. Then install the gear back on one
roller and tighten the screw. The distance from the rod to the surface of the gear should be around
2mm.

7. Install the rollers back and adjust the springs to a straight direction. Then install the screws and tighten
them.

8. Install the roller motor and place the rollers motor sprocket wheel centering device. Make sure the
gears are well engaged and then tighten the motor screws with a torque of 0.4Nm.
Note: If you don’t have a torque screw driver, please do not tighten the screws too much in case
damaging the mounting.

9. Roll the rollers with your finger and check if the rollers can work properly without resistance and the
gears are engaged properly.
