With Reference to your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to hire your services for the position of Micromax
Solution Specialist, on the under-mentioned terms & conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Your contract of employment is for a specific client contract and this contract shall be co-terminus with our contract with our client.
In the event of the project for which you are being employed comes to an end, your employment with us also stands terminated
and no notice pay or retrenchment compensation will be payable to you by the management.
2. Please find below details of Emoluments.

3. Your initial place of posting will be at CHENNAI effective from 17-Aug-2015. Your services can be transferred to any location within
India in accordance to the work requirement.
4. This fixed term employment shall not create any right of any nature whatsoever for future employment or otherwise, with Tech
Smart or with any of its client.
5. You will be abide by the service rules and regulations of the company which are in force or which may come into force from time to
time in relation to conduct, discipline or any matter relating to service conditions. The Management reserves the right to modify,
alter or delete the existing service rules or to introduce fresh service rules which will be binding upon you.
6. You will neither communicate nor divulge any information connected with the business of the company including that of its clients
nor take any documents, photograph or other official paraphernalia of the company & its clients without the express consent of
Management.
7. You will be expected to work with high standard of integrity, initiative, efficiency and economy. During the course of your contract,
you shall not engage yourself in any other regular/part time services or work without permission in writing from the management.
8. During contract period you are eligible for one day leave per month or as per statutory provision applicable in your work location.
Your working hours and holidays entitlement will be governed by Company Policy and as per the requirement of the 'Client
Company'.
9. In case you remain absent or overstayed sanctioned leave for a continuous period of 8 days immediately after your joining on your
own accord. You will have no claims to re-instatement and / or any compensation thereof. Also management reserves the right to
terminate your services without any notice.
10. Your services can be terminated by either side by giving, to the other party, 7 day (s) notice or salary in lieu thereof, However, in
case of indiscipline, insubordination, non-performance, dishonesty, negligence, submission of false information or non submission
of Testimonials or Credentials, the Management shall be at liberty to terminate your services without notice and payment in lieu
thereof.
11. The present contract of your employment shall be for the period during which Tech Smart’s contract with its client remains in force
(i.e. co-terminus with contract between Tech Smart & its client). In case, contract of Tech Smart with its client is determined earlier
than the fixed on any account whatsoever, in that case the services of employee will automatically come to an end. In case during
the subsistence of that said contract, the job requirement of the client ceases, then also, services of an employee will automatically
come to an end.

12. During the continuation of your employment you will be responsible for the safe upkeep of all equipment and property belonging to
the Company or its client that may be entrusted to you to facilitate the performance of your duties. In the event of any
loss/theft/damage of asset issued to you or in case you are fail to immediately return back the asset issued on voluntary or
involuntary Management reserves the right to terminate your services without any notice & recover the value of such equipment
and property, by setting off the same against the payments due to you.
13. In case, you incur any liability due to false personal commitment then company will not take any responsibility of same.

If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you please sign the duplicate copy of this letter in token of its acceptance and
return the same for our record.
