1. We need to come up with an Annual Real Estate Marketing Calendar
which should have the following heads:
1) Platform
2) Schedule
3) Media
2. The type of Media depends upon:
• Platform
• Content
3. Platforms mentioned were:
(Mass Communication)
• LinkedIn
• Twitter
• Instagram

4. Content is divided into two verticals
1) Mode:
• Twitter - Short Para 280 characters
• Instagram - Short Videos or Static Posts
• Quora - Short/Long detailed Paragraphs
2) Type:
• New Listings
• Transaction Updates
• New Practices
• Customised (Based on holidays or as per client)
5. We need to divide platforms amongst ourselves, where one person will
be responsible for each platform.
6. Content will be created by taking inspiration from Pinterest, Pexels, and
Canva. Drawing inspiration from them and using stock videos and
photos.
7. Come up with tools to aid in Content creation may it be
posters/video/copywriting
8. Individual task:
• To Find Government Industrial Areas - Example in Maharashtra MIDC
• To Map Potential Real Estate Assets which will be tackled on a priority
basis
