Our project will be a non-traditional laundry in Egypt. We will have the
option of self-washing. This is by means of washing machines that wash
and dry the clothes within 30 minutes. The clothes are clean, dried and
wearable. Once again, before choosing the customer from this service in
the beginning, he must give us some important data required. For the
success of the client’s request, the client does not deal with any people
in the place in the registration process. The place is completely
electronic in order to facilitate for them the client of the request and the
services they want freely on the client successfully. That is why we
worked all the services that we perform On advanced screens, similar to
the ATM of the banks with the entire system of the laundry and all the
services we provide in order for the customer to make it easier for his
customer to order successfully without any human factors, and also the
system has many languages so that foreigners who are in Madinaty can
use it easily. Additional if he wants to use it, does he want after washing
the clothes, wants the clothes to be ironed or not, and also after
recording this with his personal data and data, the customer gives us,
does he want to be received inside the shop or at his home address, when
the clothes are finished washing, the system sends him a text message on
his phone and on the customer’s registered email that now the clothes
are ready for pick-up from the shop

Service
City laundry provides a unique quality experience for its customers for
washing their clothes. By using the latest and smarter machines. We are
trying to go smart like the world around us is going. In our laundry we
are aiming to be all the processing smart and self-doing.
4.1Daily operation
City laundry is opening 24/7. We have two programs, first whish is the
main that the customer does everything by his self from washing and
dryer. The process of cleaning clothes takes from 30min to 90min
depends on the program chosen.
And if the client is busy for waiting there will be an employee can wash
his clothes and this is the second program with extra fees.

Staff
The payroll checks will be issued monthly according to the sign in/out
staff system that will calculate the hours worked. A report will be
provided before the end of each month with the payroll salaries amount
and the worked hours for each individual to be used in staff appraisals.
Financial controls

A daily sales report will be compared with a report on actual cash and
bank account deposits. There will be no acceptable over/short amount
and for any difference there will be an immediate audit on the balance.
Financial statements will be prepared quarterly and a P&L statement
will be prepared monthly to compare the daily reports with the statement
and to evaluate the financial position and activities of each month.

Management Team
The management team of Laundry City are Mostafa Mohamed, Ameen
Mohamed, Walid Salah, saif allah and Ahmed Gamal. The owners
studied business Administration and each of them studied in a different
field, including accounting, finance and marketing. We are fresh
graduates looking to implement what we studied in a small business.
