Executive Summary
1.1 Introduction
Our project will be a non-traditional laundry in Egypt. We will have the
option of self-washing. This is by means of washing machines that wash
and dry the clothes within 30 minutes. The clothes are clean, dried and
wearable. Once again, before choosing the customer from this service in
the beginning, he must give us some important data required. For the
success of the client’s request, the client does not deal with any people
in the place in the registration process. The place is completely
electronic in order to facilitate for them the client of the request and the
services they want freely on the client successfully. That is why we
worked all the services that we perform On advanced screens, similar to
the ATM of the banks with the entire system of the laundry and all the
services we provide in order for the customer to make it easier for his
customer to order successfully without any human factors, and also the
system has many languages so that foreigners who are in Madinaty can
use it easily. Additional if he wants to use it, does he want after washing
the clothes, wants the clothes to be ironed or not, and also after
recording this with his personal data and data, the customer gives us,
does he want to be received inside the shop or at his home address, when
the clothes are finished washing, the system sends him a text message on
his phone and on the customer’s registered email that now the clothes
are ready for pick-up from the shop
The clothes shall be tightly closed inside clean bags to prevent any
contamination of the clothes. This project will start from Madinaty area,
which is located east of Cairo. Inside it and our choice of the place also
had to be near the residential area to make it easier for people to use our
service easily, away from the area of the malls so that all the residents
can go to us easily without the need to enter the mall or transportation to

go to us, and the project is next to the houses. We rented a shop with an
area of 180 square meters to be It is suitable to put all our tools inside it
in a good and comfortable way for people, and following the success of
our idea, in my city, we will expand in some different areas so that our
service covers some parts of the Republic according to the timeline.

The main objectives of the laundry business plan are as follows
1. Providing our services throughout the day, which are available at
all times for anyone who wants
2. Providing a hotline service for customers to respond to any
inquiries they have through our website or by phone
3. Providing competitive prices that make us have a large base of
customers faster.

advantage of the self-washing service that we have inside my city and
opening another store This will help us A lot to reach customers for us
more besides gaining new customers and also this will help us a lot to
increase our sales and
After a year, we will endeavor to make our spread bigger and start the
expansion plan, where we will also launch our services within the Fifth
Settlement City. When customers accept the idea of self-washing and the
increase in demand for us, we will rent another space suitable to cover
our service for all residents of the Fifth Settlement in full, and then the
expansion will take place Within five years, in more than one private

2.1 Description
Our services, which are self-washing, will serve the residents of
Madinaty, in order to facilitate their washing of their clothes without any
difficulties, and waiting for many times, such as at home, for the
washing to finish, and also waiting for it to dry, but we will have things
faster in washing and drying clothes within only 10 minutes, and it will
also be without any difficulties Customers have to feel that our things
are much faster than at home, and our laundry will be equipped with the
latest technologies around the world for self-washing clothes in order to
make the customer feel a comfortable experience free from any
difficulties that make him do not want to repeat our experience again,
but on the contrary, the customer will have a desire .We continue to use
our service for its ease of use and for its special price. We also hope to
make an effective difference in the lives of customers and make their
lives easier and faster and provide for those who were suffering from
many problems in washing clothes, removing all difficulties and making
it easier and more comfortable for them. The doors of our shop are
opened daily from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. midnight

In order to achieve a unique and successful experience inside Egypt,
which is the self-washing, it was necessary to have important factors,
and the most important of these factors is to provide people with high
efficiency and previous experience in this field in order to supervise the
management of a project like this and for this matter we made the
managers of this project who are honest Mohamed, Walid Salah,
Mostafa Mohamed, Mohamed El-Sayed, Saif and Ahmed Gamal, they
are all distinguished in this matter and have great experience in the field
of self-washing. All partners in this project are equal in capital expenses,
and this is so that the revenues of the store are divided equally among
them all without any disputes that occur in the future. Our partner
oversees the work of his or her areas of expertise while also adhering to
the following guidelines for successful store management: Customer
Satisfaction Guarantee. Providing customer support technology to
maintain a competitive advantage.

2.3 Legal Form


The legal model for this project will be wholly owned as a general
partnership by each of the parties Amin Mohamed, Walid Salah,
Mostafa Mohamed, Mohamed El-Sayed, Ahmed Gamal and Saif, and
each partner will have full authority in this project to make all decisions.

Service
City laundry provides a unique quality experience for its customers for
washing their clothes. By using the latest and smarter machines. We are
trying to go smart like the world around us is going. In our laundry we
are aiming to be all the processing smart and self-doing.

4.1Daily operation
City laundry is opening 24/7. We have two programs, first whish is the
main that the customer does everything by his self from washing and
dryer. The process of cleaning clothes takes from 30min to 90min
depends on the program chosen.
And if the client is busy for waiting there will be an employee can wash
his clothes and this is the second program with extra fees.

temperature of each program is different, also the cost is different (the
amount of each program is written on the screen of the washing
machine)

machine and the dryer, the amount that you have in the card will
automatically appear on the screen

Training and Hiring


The staff will be selected on a high level of standards after an interview
with our HR manager along with the customer service manager to
evaluate the applicants and make sure that he/she is customer service
oriented to provide best service to the customers.
The selected applicants will start their work orientation with a training
week to know the rules, how to deal with the customer and know more
about the place and the provided service.
Payroll Management

The payroll checks will be issued monthly according to the sign in/out
staff system that will calculate the hours worked. A report will be
provided before the end of each month with the payroll salaries amount
and the worked hours for each individual to be used in staff appraisals.

Financial controls

A daily sales report will be compared with a report on actual cash and
bank account deposits. There will be no acceptable over/short amount
and for any difference there will be an immediate audit on the balance.
Financial statements will be prepared quarterly and a P&L statement
will be prepared monthly to compare the daily reports with the statement
and to evaluate the financial position and activities of each month.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)


Customer satisfaction is our main objective, so we need to ensure that
the customers have the best unique movie experience by making a
connection with the customers through Customer Relation Analysis
(CRA) which analyzes the customer behavior and data in order to
improve our service and a long relation with the customer.
The customers will be given surveys to evaluate the whole experience
and service they had. Moreover, we will call the customers randomly for
quality insurance and make sure that everything was as predicted.
Net Promoter Score (NPS) will be used to measure customer
experience and predict business growth by updated feedback from our
customers.

The management team of Laundry City are Mostafa Mohamed, Ameen
Mohamed, Walid Salah, saif allah and Ahmed Gamal. The owners
studied business Administration and each of them studied in a different
field, including accounting, finance and marketing. We are fresh
graduates looking to implement what we studied in a small business.
Direct workers such as IT, cleaners, clothes cleaning and drying
workers.

Training & Development


We will prepare and train the employees on how to use the machines
because they are not used in Egypt and we will need to train them on
them regardless of their competence and we will train them to deal with
customers well and work ethics.

Management Team Gaps


In the beginning, the owners will fill in many of the management gaps.
Over time, they have plans to hire more people to be part of Laundry
City team.
Laundry City will need, Customer Service. Also, Laundry City will
need to main department with more people and functions, as following:
