PERFORMANCE TASK: DEMONSTRATION OF CLEANING AND


SANITIZING/DISINFECTING TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

The Food and Drug Administration implement a new protocol in sanitizing and disinfecting
tools and equipment especially the facilities of every company including restaurant and salon shop
to make sure that they follow the rules and regulation. It also to be aware the restaurant workers,
salon owner, parents and students for the safety of an individual. In a given task you will be a
Demonstrator, Designer, Instructor /Blogger. The task is to demonstrate proper cleaning and
sanitizing/disinfecting of tools and equipment in baking and nail care (poster, blog/instructional
video or feature article). The artwork product will be evaluated in terms of creativity, accuracy of
content and originality.

SCAFFOLD 3
Based on the guidelines you listed in the scaffold 2, now you will apply it in your task.
For your performance task, you will demonstrate the proper clean and sanitize/disinfect of tools
and equipment. You will make only one product for your task. You will pass it in your assigned

“Pagsulong ng Sariling Produkto” they encourage participation to promote their own created
product. It also emphasizes of this program for innovative industry that will produce a productive
citizen. In the given activity you will be the artist, a designer and a dressmaker of this program. The
purpose of this activity is to show your skills in making artwork product in embroidery stitch, a
recycle and gift wrapping. The artwork product will be evaluated in terms of neatness, originality,
creativity and workmanship.
