• My job involves working in Post Deployment production and enhancement tasks which should be fixed
within a given SLA time.
• Code fixes involving backend and front end. Mainly worked on commerce issues with order subsystem,
member subsystem and catalog subsystem
• Daily data load activities on to the web using WebSphere commerce data load utility to load the data into
OOB and custom datables.
• Involved in 24/7 continuous server monitoring(Human/BOT app server CPU usages, webserver request
rates etc) using the Dynatrace, Grafana and Luna control Akamai tool.
• Documenting all the processes carried out (GDPR, Data load etc)
• Involved in running SOLR index builds thrice a week as part of migrating the search to SOLR from Endeca.
