In order to access the moot court activities during the entire law course, all students are required to submit the
proof of the participation (which includes certificate and photographs) of various moot court competitions
oraganised or participated, which may include intra-faculty moot, national or international moot participation. The
students are also required to mention the date, place and time of all such events, attended, participated or

GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS

1. Assignment must have ‘Introduction’ and ‘Conclusion’.


2. The Cover page of assignment (Please see annexure)
3. The assignment shall consist of minimum 15 pages with Times New Roman 14 Font, 1.5-line spacing.
4. Assignment shall have a proper Bibliography/References at the end.
5. Students shall refrain from using Wikipedia as a source of information or data or referencing. The official
data retrieved from Government/official sources must be preferred.
6. Students must use ILI Rules of footnoting and Formatting available at:
http://ili.ac.in/footnoting.pdf and http://ili.ac.in/cstyle.pdf
7. The last page of the assignment must include one page plagiarism report.
8. All assignments shall strictly be in .pdf format.
9. Last date of submission shall be 27/05/2022 (Wednesday)
