Hi, I'm Leena, an accomplished Astrologer with over 10

years of experience and creator of RedAstrologer. I have
done extensive research in Vedic Astrology, Nakshatras, KP
Astrology, Vastu (Mahavastu Acharya), Astro Vastu and Lal
Kitab.

I'm here to share with you about the most predictive

technique in Astrology, the KP technique (Krishna Murti
Padhati) which is completely based on the results given by
nakshatra and its sub lord.

I have been reading Horoscopes for around 10 years, and I

have observed that every technique of Astrology gives good
results but KP is the most wonderful predictive tool.
The co-ordinators given by the planet sign lord, star lord
and sub lord displays complete picture of the specific event
of life.

While reading charts through KP system you'll realize that

you can read your own horoscope in such a simple way,
and at the same time it will give you more clarity on the
events related to different areas of life.

 KP Astrology

INTRODUCTION
KP Astrology is a system born out of the Vedic systems
based on the nine planets and twelve houses. It has further
fine tuned the method of deriving houses known as cusps.

Shri Krishna Murti ji founder of the KP Astrology is

worshipped by KP followers as God.
In this guide to KP technique, I will explain the predictive
part of Astrology. I will try to simplify this system but you
need to understand some basic fundamentals of the KP
system.

The zodiac consists of 360 degrees, which is divided into 12

houses of 30 degrees. It is divided into 27 divisions of 13.20
degrees, known as constellations or nakshatra. These
nakshatras of 13.20 degrees are further divided into nine
subdivisions. These subdivisions are called sub lords.

Now before you start with KP technique, you should have

complete knowledge of 12 houses and 9 planets in Vedic
Astrology. Infact this is the base of Astrology, so a strong
structure can only be built on a strong foundation.

In this guide I will be sharing my best techniques for

interpreting Horoscope. I’ll also give you examples along
the way, to deepen your understanding of how
to use (and master) these techniques.

Astrology
1. Every house will have supporting houses and
opposing houses
2. For every event, the sign lord tells about the
main source of the event.
3. The star lord gives the main results
4. The sub lord tells about the quality of the event.
5. The 12th house to every house, negates the main
event related to the house.
6. The 2nd house to every house will add to the
good results of the house.
7. The Cuspal sub lord of every house tells the
promise of that house event.
8. If Starlord opposes the sub lord, then the power
of the sub lord decreases, and this can either
delay or deny the event.
9. The ruling planets and the running dasha lord
significators if display same script then the event
can be expected.
10. In this guide, I have used following notation

whereas in KP the cusp, its star lord and sub lord
Ruling Planets in KP
gives the results. Hence sub lord is the deciding
Astrology factor. The sub lord in the cuspal script helps to
find the promise of the event, the expected results
and also the quality of the event. Shri KS also
introduced the concept of ruling planets. The
ruling planets (RP) are the only Divine tools that
help to find the time of an event. The ruling
planets are selected from the Prashna chart made
at the time of horoscope analysis. The main ruling
planets include:
1. Ascendant star lord
2. Sign lord
3. Moon star lord
4. Moon sign lord
5. Day lord

There are 12 houses in a natal chart, and it is called cusp in KP. The position of planets
placed in the bhava chart gives the main results.

The first house in Astrology represents the physical appearance, self- identity, the
temperament or Swabhav, and your physical health. It also describes the bodily
appearances, facial peculiarities, and sex appeal of the person. The following
combinations have been made on the basis of KP rules.

First house framework for events

The Good health combination: 2H, 5H, 9H and 11H
Bad health combination: 6H, 8H,12H and badhak
The Good Recovery combination: 2H, 5H, and 11H.
The Weak Recovery combination: 1H, 4H, 10H, and badhak
(Badhak house gives obstacles and if connects 6H, 8H, 12H, then gives health
issues)

Health Formula
If 1st house CSL gives 6H 8H 12H then the person will face
disease.
The 6th house starlord activates the period of disease.
If negative and positive both houses are signified then both
events will take place, according to the time-line of the planet.

Favorable Combinations
2H will always improve the immunity and strength. 2 5 9 11
5H depicts recovery, healing and end of the disease.

Unfavorable Combinations
1H - Self, 6H - illness, 8H - chronic disease, 12H -
Hospitalization, weakness.
So if script shows: 1 6 8 12
1H 6H, 1H 8H, 1H 12H: Minor Illness.
1H, 6H, 8H: chronic disease and painful time so can
give surgery as well.
1H,6H,12H: Minor diseases, so either can be
hospitalized or might take long term medicines.

Badhak house and it's lord in the horoscope gives

obstacles and if connects 6H, 8H, 12H then gives
health issues.

How to Apply
Check: 1 HCSL and star lord, 6 HCSL and ongoing
MD, AD.
Example: 1H CSL Saturn script includes 2H, 3H, 8H
2nd House is recovery.
3rd House is neutral.
8th House is the pain, chronic disease and
surgeries.
So pain and recovery both events will be
experienced and the person will have a stable life.

Note: Only the ongoing MD and AD Planets and their

significators should be checked for predictive events.

The second house signifies your bank balance, valuables, jewellery, bonds
accumulated wealth and all kinds of movable possessions. Mainly one's
power and resources, securities, stocks and shares. Ability to express one’s
thoughts, food and eating habits and also family and relatives.

HOUSE/EDUCATION
The fourth house presents the entire particulars about the mother, home environment,
immovable property, and vehicles in a person’s house. In fact, this conveys a picture of
your image within the home, your relation with your mother, and the level of your
luxury and comfort. It also represents education and heritage. This house mainly refers
to mental peace and emotional satisfaction.

Fourth House Framework for Events

5 House and 9 House always helps as these are lakshmi sthana.
12 House to every house will negate the event.
2 House will increase the effects related to the house.

Favorable Combinations
The most favorable combination for education.
includes 2H, 4H, 5H, 9H, and 11H.
2 House for primary education,(Sanskara) from
family.
4 House is the prime house for basic education. 2 4 5 9 11
9 House is for higher learnings, religion, and teachers.
8 House gives hurdles or gap in education, it can also
give research oriented mind if links favorable houses.
5 House is for intelligence and creativity.
11 House is for the fulfillment of desires and gains.
Unfavorable Combinations
3H is the 12th of 4th house so negates basic
education. 3 8 12
6H, 8H, 12H is a negative combination if connects
with 2H, 4H, 5H, 9H then it can have bad impact on
education.

The 4th house governs your vehicles, fields, pastures, real estate, gardens, hereditary
property, and treasures as well.

Favorable combination for property purchase

Involvement of Mars and Saturn in MD or AD.
4H is for property.
11H is for gains.
12H is for expenses. 4 9 11 12 + Mars + Sat
6H, 11H: Purchase of property on loan.

Sale of property and disputes

Make 7H the Lagna and mark 3H, 5H, 10H.
This is giving property gains to opposite party.
3H is the expense of your property.
3 5 10
5H is gain of opposition.
10H is 4th from 7H: Opposition will gain property
8H is Obstacles.
6H and 8H means no arrangement of money.
4H, 8H, 12H can give dispute in property.

2H is accumulated wealth.
4H is for land, and house.
11H is the fulfillment of desires.

The seventh house represents marriage, partnership, and legal bondage. It represents a
house in a foreign country as it is 4th from 4th, international relationship, contracts, and
also influence in foreign countries. This house also signifies honor and reputation
achieved.

Favorable combinations for marriage

2H, 7H, 11H will give marriage in its planet timeline.
2H is addition in family.

6H gives dispute and diseases.
12H gives disappointment and losses.
So if mixed combinations then delay in marriage.

Unfavorable Combinations
1H is 12th of 2H 1 6 10
6H is 12th of 7H
10H is 12th of 11H
If with 8H and 12H then denial of marriage.

2H will increase the effects related to the house.

Favorable combinations for child birth

2H is addition in family.
5H is child and results of good karmas.
11H is the fulfillment of desires. 2 5 11
9H is fortune or Luck(Bhagya).

Unfavorable combination
If majority of planets show negative.
combinations then no hope of a child.

3H, 9H, 12H + 2H, 6H, 10H - Travel for job.

2H, 4H, 11H - This will make you return to your hometown.
2H is family comfort.
4H is comfort of home and mother.

Example: 12H CSL: Moon script is 3H, 3H, 6H, 9H, 11H, 12H.
3H is IT, telecommunication, analytical skills.
4H is education and residential course.
9H is long distance travel.
11H is the fulfillment of desires.
12H is travelling abroad.
So in this case the person will take long distance travel to pursue
residential course in IT.

Let's Analyse a Horoscope with an Example Chart

Choose any one topic and then check the
cuspal script in your Astrology Software.
Look for page House Significators in KP
Horoscope. You will see a page like this:

Our Question is about

Marriage
See the 7H script and check whether a
person is destined to get married or not.
In this chart we see the 7HCSL shows Ketu
Check Ketu Significators.
Remember that in this chart Ketu is the main
planet for marriage. So understand the script
of Ketu.
See this in the page Planet Significators in
the software you have already opened.

Unfavorable combinations for marriage:

 Even if one favorable significator is present the
person will get married. There is 5H and 9H
which are neutral for marriage but we have 1H
6H 10H as well.

Let me tell you a secret that if the combinations

are neutral for marriage with strong
unfavorable combinations then the person will
get married in the favorable time line but
marriage will break once that favorable time
period is over.

The marriage was on 30-09-92

These coordinators are not favorable as the

favorable combination for marriage is 2H, 7H,
11H.

The combination depicts:

3H Short distance travel.
4H Home comfort.
5H Likings or L
9H Long distance.
10H Work, name, and career.
12H Loss of relationship.

The above combination is weak as per

marriage significators so this way the marriage
lasted for some time but ended in separation.

Focus on the question and select the related

When the mars MD (mahadasha) and Rahu
house.
(antardasha) AD started in 2010, this person
Question: Marriage prospects moved away from his partner, to explore his
career.

House: 7th House. Note the 7th House Cusp

My Secret point: In 2010 Rahu was transiting
Script ( 7HCSL)
Sagittarius, Jupiter sign, Ketu star, so Jupiter
Sign lord: Mercury
and Ketu significators finally gave results.
