Embedded Systems AE

Job Description: Field Application Engineer for supporting pre-sales and post-sales for Embedded
Software tools
Educational Qualification: B. E, B.Tech,M.E, Mtech (Embedded Systems /Electronics/ Communication/
Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Computer Science).

Prerequisites
• Good Knowledge on 8/16/32/ 64 - bit processor architecture.
• Good programming knowledge in C, C++ and Assembly languages.
• Good Understanding of Embedded Software Development.
• Good Understanding of RTOS and Real-time embedded systems development.
• Understanding of debugging, tracing tools and test and measurement tools.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites to help on solving customer problems

Desirable
• Experience with IAR Embedded Workbench, KEIL ARM TOOLS, SEGGER, TASKING and other
leading embedded development tools.
• Experience in conducting or presenting at embedded workshops and training.
• In depth knowledge any or all of these:
o Embedded Linux
o RTOS and Embedded Middleware.
o Debugging concepts and methodologies.

Job Profile
• Effectively position products against the competition by demonstrating product capabilities .
• Participate in developing strategies for business growth.
• Pre- sales technical presentations and provide creative, thorough and practical problem
resolution specific to customer needs.
• Customer Technical training.
• Coordinate technical support activities with sales and technical teams to ensure customer
satisfaction.
