EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Human Resource Management (HRM) literature suggests that HRM practices
in an organization should be vertically aligned with its strategic choices, supporting the
strategy of the organization, and horizontally aligned with other operational processes,
facilitating the operations of the organization.
Human resource management is the process of managing human as resources for
some organization. It is an important concept for most of the business organization. The model
given by the Guest is based on the notion that human resource management is somehow
different from other personnel management, so it is most popular among the business
organizations. A strategic approach is important for most of the organizations as it works
as the legal framework of that organization .It defines the future path, determines the
future plan, mission, vision ,planning, objectives and goals of a particular organization. .
Although equal opportunities are discussed in every work place it is not as influential in
practice as discrimination.
