MSDS Bead Blast

Glass beads are used for blasting, grinding, decoration, and filling. They are composed mainly of silicon dioxide (70-73%), sodium oxide (13-14%), and calcium oxide (6-16%). Glass beads do not pose a health hazard as shipped. Inhalation of dust may cause coughing or wheezing. As shipped,this product does not pose any health hazard because it does not contain ingredients which are
known to cause immediate or serious effects.

4.FIRST AID MEASURES(SYMPTOMS/ACTIONS):


Skin contact: There may be mild irritation at the site of contact.
Wash immediately with plenty of soap and water
Eye contact: There may be irritation and redness.
Bathe the eye with running water for at least 15 minutes.Also rinse under the eyelids.If
irritation persists,consult a specialist.
Ingestion: No Symptoms.
Wash out mouth with water.
Inhalation: Exposure may cause coughing or wheezing.
Remove to fresh air.
