HOW TO MAKE MARTABAK

MANIS

Ingredients

-  250 gr low protein Flour                     Filling-combination of:

-  30 gr Sugar+extra for sprinkle         -  coarsely grind toasted Peanuts/peanut butter+

-  350 ml warm Milk/Water (~37°C)       Chocolate rice/-chips/-paste/nutella/shaved

-  ½ tsp Vanilla extract                               chocolate+Sweet condensed milk+toasted white

-  1 pack. Instant yeast (7 gr)*               Sesame seeds

-  1 tsp Baking powder, ½ tsp Salt       -  enough grated Cheddar cheese+Sweet condensed

-  ½ tsp Baking soda, 2 Eggs                     milk+toasted white Sesame seeds

-  enough Butter for spreading               -  Other kind of filling, up to your fantasy

Directions

-   Combine the flour with 15 gr of sugar & baking powder. Add in the milk, whisk just

until the flour incorporated. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer on high speed

until the batter smooth & thickened (8-10 min). Whisk in the yeast. Cover the bowl

with a damp cloth/towel & let it rest until the batter rose up & some small bubbles

formed on the batter surface (~ 1 hour).

-   Whisk the eggs with 15 gr of sugar, baking soda, vanilla extract & salt. Pour the eggs

mixture into the batter, whisk for a while just until it`s blended. Cover the bowl again

& let it rest for another 10 min (until more of the small bubbles formed).

-   Heat a 24 cm (9½ inch) flat thick bottom pan (flat cast iron will be the best) over

medium heat. Ladle the batter into the pan; swirl the pan so the batter covers the
base completely. Pour more batter (use ~ ½ of the batter amount) into the pan &

then press batter with the ladle back side around the pan edges to create crispy

edges later on. Reduce the heat to low-medium; cook until plenty of bubbles appeared

on the surface (5-8 min). Reduce the heat to low; sprinkle some sugar & then put on

the pan lid. Cook for another 10-15 min.

-   Transfer the pancake to a flat surface; generously spread some butter on the pancake

surface right away. Sprinkle some more sugar. Sprinkle/spread the filling all over the

pancake surface evenly. Using a knife, break one point at the pancake middle upper

edge & break also at the middle lower edge. Then flip over one side of the pancake to

cover the other side. Spread more butter on the surface; slice & serve. Do the same

procedure with the rest of the batter (you`ll get 2 thick pancakes from this recipe).

* Read the instruction on the yeast packaging.

CARA MEMBUAT MANIS MARTABAK

Bahan
- 250 gr protein rendah Tepung Mengisi-kombinasi dari:
- 30 gr Gula + ekstra untuk taburi - digiling kasar Kacang panggang / selai kacang +
- 350 ml Susu hangat / Air (~ 37 ° C) Beras cokelat / -tips / -paste / nutella / dicukur
- ½ sdt Ekstrak vanili coklat + Susu kental manis + putih panggang
- 1 bungkus. Ragi instan (7 gr) * Biji wijen
- 1 sdt Baking powder, ½ sdt Garam - keju parut Cheddar yang cukup + Manis kental
- ½ sdt Baking soda, 2 Telur susu + biji wijen panggang putih
- cukup Butter untuk disebarkan - Jenis lain dari pengisian, hingga fantasi Anda

Arah
- Campurkan tepung dengan 15 gr gula & baking powder. Tambahkan susu, aduk sampai tepung
tercampur. Kocok campuran dengan mixer listrik dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga adonan halus &
menebal (8-10 menit). Kocok ragi. Tutup mangkuk dengan kain basah / handuk & biarkan
istirahat sampai adonan naik & beberapa gelembung kecil terbentuk di permukaan adonan (~ 1
jam).
- Kocok telur dengan 15 gr gula, baking soda, ekstrak vanili & garam. Tuangkan campuran telur
ke dalam adonan, aduk sebentar hanya sampai tercampur rata. Tutup mangkuk lagi & biarkan
istirahat selama 10 menit lagi (sampai lebih banyak gelembung kecil terbentuk).
- Panaskan panci bawah datar setinggi 24 cm (9 ½ inci) (besi cor datar akan menjadi yang terbaik)
di atas api sedang. Sendokkan adonan ke dalam panci; putar wajan sehingga adonan menutupi
dasarnya sepenuhnya. Tuangkan lebih banyak adonan (gunakan ~ ½ dari jumlah adonan) ke dalam
panci & kemudian tekan adonan dengan sisi belakang sendok di sekitar tepi panci untuk
menciptakan tepi renyah nanti. Kurangi panas menjadi rendah-sedang; masak sampai banyak
gelembung muncul di permukaan (5-8 menit). Kurangi panas ke rendah; taburkan sedikit gula &
kemudian letakkan di atas tutup panci. Masak selama 10-15 menit lagi.
- Transfer pancake ke permukaan yang datar; dengan murah hati menyebarkan mentega di
permukaan pancake segera. Taburkan gula lagi. Taburkan / olesi seluruh permukaan pancake
secara merata. Menggunakan pisau, pecahkan satu titik di bagian atas pancake tengah & istirahat
juga di bagian tengah bawah. Kemudian membalik salah satu sisi pancake untuk menutupi sisi
yang lain. Sebarkan lebih banyak mentega di permukaan; potong & sajikan. Lakukan prosedur
yang sama dengan sisa adonan (Anda akan mendapatkan 2 pancake tebal dari resep ini).

125 grams of flour
50 grams of sugar
baking powder 1/4 tsp
instant yeast 1 teaspoon
salt 1/4 tsp
175 ml of water
2 eggs
Sprinkling ingredients / contents :
Sugar

sweetened condensed milk


Cheddar cheese, meises

How to Make Bangka Sweet Martabak :


Beat the flour with 25 g of sugar and baking powder with water until soft and then add the instant
yeast and let stand for 1 to 2 hours.
Beat the eggs and the remaining sugar 25 g then put it into the martabak flour mixture.
Heat the martabak mold with low heat and spread with oil or margarine. then pour the martabak
mixture into it. Let the mixture remove foam and hollow. Sprinkle sugar and then cover until
cooked.
Remove the martabak from the mold, place it on a cutting board and then spread the margarine
and sprinkle with meses, cheese and then pour with sweetened condensed milk.
Cut it into two parts and stack it to form a semicircle. Cut the pieces into pieces, ready for the
sweet martabak.
Bahan Membuat Martabak Bangka:
tepung terigu 125 gram 
gula pasir 50 gram
baking powder 1/4 sdt 
ragi instant 1 sdt 
garam 1/4 sdt
air 175 ml 
telur 2 butir 
Bahan Taburan / isi :
Gula pasir
susu kental manis
Keju cheddar, meises

Cara Membuat Martabak Manis Bangka :


 Kocok tepung terigu dengan 25 g gula pasir dan baking powder dengan air sampai lembut
baru kemudian masukan ragi instan dan diamkan selama 1 hingga 2 jam.
 Kocok telur dan sisa gula pasir 25 g  kemudian masukan ke dalam adonan tepung
martabak.
 Panaskan cetakan martabak dengan api kecil dan olesi dengan minyak atau margarin.
kemudian tuangkan adonan martabak ke dalamnya. Biarkan hingga adonan mengeluarkan
buih dan berongga. Taburkan gula pasir kemudian tutup sampai matang.
 Angkat martabak dari cetakan, letakan pada talenan kemudian olesi margarin dan taburi
dengan meses, keju dan kemudian tuangi dengan susu kental manis. 
 Belah menjadi dua bagian dan tumpuk sehingga membentuk setengah lingkaran. Potong
potong menjadi beberapa bagian, Kue martabak manis bangka siap untuk dinikmati.
