Annexure-IV Terms & Conditions

1. PRICE BASIS:-
EQUIPMENTS, & LOWSIDE OFFER

We have included GST @28 % on Equipment and Low Side @18 % EXTRA .

FOR BOTH PARTS, incase, there is statuary variation due to govt. orders on applicable taxes,
import duties, levies, cess or octroi/entry tax ( if applicable) or any new tax imposed from
considered rates, the same shall also be to your account.

2. PAYMENT TERMS:-
For Supply of Equipments:
30% amount as advance along with confirmed order .
70% payment before 20 days from the date of delivery.

For Low side jobs & Installation jobs:

30% of the low side contract valve as advance
50% payment against the supply of materials on prorata basis
15% of the value against erection on pro-rata basis
Final 5 % of the indigenous contract value after testing and commissioning

3. WARRANTY:-
The system shall be warranted for 12 months from date of commissioning or 15 months from
date of delivery, which ever ends earlier.
4. VALIDITY:-
This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of submission. The validity for price bid further to
the period mentioned shall be intimated at a later stage.
Annexure-V Exclusions for installation jobs:

We have not included the following works related to execution of low side activities and shall be arranged by
your appointed agencies as per requirement of the project:
All masonry work/civil works such as supports for the condensing units, cutting away,Core Cutting and making

good of walls, floors slabs, making & closing of trenches etc.

Supply and installation of main power supply terminating at each VRV outdoor unit (3 phase(380 - 415 V) with
2 neutral) and near VRV each indoor unit (single phase with neutral) with isolating MCB/ELCB/RCBO at both
types of power sources.

3 Any drain points in our scope of works & the same shall have to be arranged by civil contractor.

4 Any kind of false ceiling works, boxing work, wooden framework/carpentry work.

5 Provision of necessary drain points

6 Any under deck insulation, false ceiling insulation work.

7 Protected storage space at site.

8 Power for erection, testing & commissioning of the system.

9 Any kind of dismantling work.

10 Anything , which is not specifically agreed or included in our offer.

11 MS/ PCC foundation for Outdoor units to be provided by customer.

The power supply for the indoor units & outdoor units should not be interrupted and it shall be always
ON. Any operation for ON/ OFF of the indoor units shall be through remote controller only.
Commissioning will be done on Permanent and stable power supply only.
