Key Qualification/Experience
Overall Eight (8) years of experience in various sector of Infrastructure development project
such as Wash, Hydropower, Building etc. In that long journey of my career, I have been
involved on various Governmental and Non-Governmental organizations and acquired overall
managerial experience such as planning, Directing, Controlling, Co-ordinating and
Documentation along with the technical and managerial knowledge like procurement and
contract administration, design and estimate, Monitoring and Evaluation etc. Currently I have
more than 5 years’ experience in Building, 1 year in WASH and 1.5 years’ experience in micro
hydropower and others sectors along medium to mid-level responsibilities.

Description of duties:
Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large scale construction projects
in safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests and drawings).
Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
Assess potential risk, materials and cost for construction.
Prepare Bill of Quantities for project and cross verify each of them.
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
Scheduling materials and equipment purchases and deliveries.
Description of duties:
Ensure conception, implementation and supervision of the earthquake resistant construction in a
timely, effective and high quality manner.
Ensure strict compliance with the National Building Code and earthquake resistant techniques.
Prepare Bill of Quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications, final measurements, working
method related for each projects and other necessary document required by GoN and donors for project
approval.
Prepare and update design, drawing and cost estimate of civil engineering components if modification
and changes occur at time of construction.
Involve on quality control and quality assurance work. For this, Participate on preparation of various
check list, lab test and others documentation works.
Prepare monthly progress report in English. Monitor, supervise and verify construction works
undertaken by contractors and/or partner agencies to ensure that the structures comply with quality
standards and approved designs.
Participate in relevant meetings with schools and authorities both central and local level.

Description of duties:
Work closely with contractors and suppliers to assess and approve materials supplied for construction
projects. Interpret working drawings, specification and other documents to site agents and workers and
ensure that project specifications are clearly understood.
Directly supervise construction work to ensure construction quality.
Monitor working conditions and be aware for problems that might arise regarding speed and safely.
Ensure that rates are in line with Bill of Quantities.
Technical pre-feasibility, feasibility and detail survey of Water Supply and Sanitation.
Involved in the community training of Hygiene & Sanitation of Wash project.
Provide in the field technical guidance and support to counterparts and ensure that their projects are
implemented as according to plan. Coordinate with concerned stakeholders (Government, Committees,
Local leaders, Beneficiaries).
Description of duties:
Technical pre-feasibility, feasibility and detail survey of micro hydropower project and Solar Pumping
project on the behalf of RESDTN.
Ensure conception, implementation and supervision of project construction in a timely, effective and
high quality manner.
Supervise and monitor the micro hydro project in different stages (under construction, Power Output
Verification, Testing and Commissioning, and One year Guarantee Check) with help of Engineer and
prepare the report on them.
Assist Senior Engineer in technical assessment and appraisal of pre- feasibility/verification and detail
feasibility study reports prepared by pre-qualified consultants.
Community training for maintenance and other infrastructure on behalf of RESDTN.
Description of duties:
Drafting (AutoCAD), Designing, Cost estimation, rate analysis and detail breakdown of materials and
labour for water supply and sanitation works. Finalizing the detail estimate and costing works for water
supply and sanitation both gravity and ground Layout, Supervision, Quality control and prepare running
and final bill for all Infrastructure works. Preparation of Bill of Quantity and another supported document.
