provided by the DepEd. This is in compliance with existing DepEd order policies (D.O.
#23, s. 2005 re time allotment, D.O. #33, s. 2004 re grading system and D.O. #55, s.
2011 re policy guidelines) Aside from addressing the issue of classroom congestion,
MISOSA execution may likewise contribute in settling the issue of lack of instructional
