Documented Internal Qad
Internal Quality Control assesses in real time, whether the performance of an individual laboratory
or testing site is sufficiently similar to their previous performance for results to be used; it controls
reproductibility or precision, and facilities continuity of patient care over time.
Continuous Quality Improvement is a philosophy that encourages all health care team members to
ask: How are we doing? and Can we do it better? More specifically, can we do it effectively? Can we
be more effective? Can we do it faster? Can we do it more timely way? Continuous improvement
begins with the culture of improvement for the patient, the practice, and the population in general.

1. ORGANIZATION
2. PERSONNEL
Capable, qualified staff members are the single most important asset to a
laboratory. Training, motivation, and engagement are the parts of the quality management
system. You also need to document all of your training process within your quality
management.
3. EQUIPMENT
Properly managing the supply chain is critical to ensure that new inputs and other
supplies are consistently high-quality. Inventory activities should verify that materials and
supplies are stored in a way that protects integrity. Make sure your purchase inventory from
suppliers who also follow a quality management system.
