Introduction

Intelligent alarm cloud platform is a new generation of network alarm center platform
independently developed by HEYI. The platform is designed according to the application
requirements of various alarm centers. It has powerful functions and is simple and practical.
Platform construction is based on server, data capacity is large, stable and reliable.

Multi-center/Multi-account management: the main center (main outlets) and sub-centers


(sub-outlets) can receive alarm independently; Multi-sites independent alarm.Each branch
corresponds to an account, and the corresponding account is used to log into the
management software, so the information of the customer's device under the corresponding
branch can only be seen.

Basic functions:

1. Support Baidu, Google map and online map;

2. One floor plan can be added for each defense area(Zone) to facilitate the central guys
to check the position of the defense area when dealing with the alarm situation;
3. The device control page can be used for remote control of the front-end host.Support
control deployment and bypass, and can query the history of the front end user information
and current status.

4. Support the voice broadcasting function of TTS;

5. Flexible video joint review function, video joint support most brands of hard disk video
recorder and network video camera, not bound by a specific brand, your company can
purchase.If the user has hard disk video recorder and network camera, can make full use of the
user's existing resources, save costs.

6. The video linkage directly connects with the third-party video software platform and
carries out data exchange, and the video pops up directly on the software when the alarm is
given.

7. It has a humanized and efficient management interface, which can display the statistical
classification of online equipment, offline equipment, deployment equipment and withdrawal
equipment, which is convenient for on-duty personnel to manage and operate, and to process
information immediately.

8. The alarm center reports more than 500 alarm situations, including: alarm theft,
deployment, bypass, telephone line fault, ac fault, battery voltage, patrol, relay output, etc.

9. When users use fluorite or le orange videos, they must register their own accounts and
then we will integrate them into our intelligent Internet alarm cloud platform.If there are more
than 10 users of fluorite or orange, they must pay a fee. The fee will be collected by fluorite or
orange

10. computer configuration requirements: Win7/Win10 64-bit 8G memory above, it is


recommended to install Win10 64 system, because Win10 has an integrated language library
[except the simplified version]

Architecture instruction

2.1 Noun interpretation

Group: operator the Head office and each branch or each subregion
Operator: software operator (super administrator, general operator)
Customer: customers of operators (shops, branches, families, etc.)
Device: video terminal, alarm host, GPS device, etc

2.2 Level specification

Groups can have multiple levels of branching.

Each level group can add its own managed customers:

Each branch can have its own account, login with different accounts can only see the relative

name of the customer and devices.

2.3 The theme color of interface

Click the "Theme color" button in the upper right corner, the color selection window will

pop-up. Users can choose their favorite color to change the theme color.

Group and account management

3.1 Group management


3.1.1 grouping information
Right-click on the left tree menu group and select group information.

Add group: right-click from the left group tree and select "add group"
Delete group: right-click from the left group tree and select "delete group"
Modify grouping: right-click from the left grouping tree and select "grouping information"

3.1.2 Position positioning


First click "position", then click "positioning" to enter the map interface

After tracing the point on the map, click "ok", and then click "save" after exiting.

3.1.3 Right-click menu function
Right mouse button in the group tree or list, will pop up the function menu, you
can choose the corresponding function operation as needed.

3.1.4 Group assignment


Groups belonging to different parent groups can be transferred to each other ,
selecting the nodes in the group tree,then choose the be transferred one, final choose the
which the user want to be transferred

3.2 Account management
Each group level can add one more accounts,right click the left tree menu
corresponding the group , select account management.

3.2.1 Add device entrance

Click the alarm panel will pop up the device add interface, which is used to verify
the device data and locate of the device location.

Add the alarm host need to fill in three parameters: “Device number”, “IMEI number” ,
and “Programming password”: 888888 (factory default). Then click the “Device data calibration”,
when the “Device name” show as the corresponding name of the device ( if the user wants to
modify the device name, it can be directly modified in this column, if not calibrated, it cannot
be modified) to indicate that the calibration passed, then click the add button below to add
successfully.

3.2.2 Device type

The system supports adding alarm host and video host. The specific model is as follows:

3.3.1 Adding Hikvision Ezviz IPC

To add Hikvision Ezviz IPC, should register a user account in Ezviz open platform
website,after get the account,user should write it down in CMS.

1. Enter Ezviz open platform website to register user account.


the website is:open.ys7.com

Please register as a company, and upload the certificate which Ezviz open platform
request when registering. Ezviz open platform and Ezviz cloud APP using same user account,
you can also use Ezviz cloud APP to log in, but have to complete the company information.

After register and log in successful in Ezviz open platform, press”Developer services”
“My Application” “Appkey”, Copy APPKEY and Secret content, and write them down
in Platform cloud parameter, pls follow the below picture:

Noted: Ezviz will charge the cost, pls check the cost as follow:

By the way, How many devices your developing account can add, means same devices
you can add in platform.

2. Put APP account(Mobile phone NO.) and related APPKEY into the HEYI CMS
platform. Pls follow the below picture:

Noted: The APPKEY which you put in only for the current group(parent group) and next
level group(Child group), that means if there is not authorization APP key for next level
group(Child group), then it would use Parent group APPKEY.

3. Adding Ezviz device

Noted: If Ezviz IP CAMERA enable cryptographic function, the IPC video will not play
properly. Now should enter Ezviz APP, choosing IPC setting, and turn off cryptographic
function.

3.3.2 Adding Dahua Lmou IPC

To add Dahua Lmou IPC, should register a user account in Lmou open platform
website,and send this user account to our engineer to put it into our CMS.

1. Enter Lmou open platform website to register user account,


The website is:open.lechange.com
Please register as a company, and upload the certificate which Lmou open platform
request when registering. Lmou open platform and Lmou cloud APP using same user account,
you can also use Lmou cloud APP to log in, but have to complete the company information.

2. Put APP account(Mobile phone NO.) and related APPKEY into the HEYI CMS
platformAfter register and log in successful in Lmou open platform, press”Developer
services”
“Application” Copy APPID and APP Secret content, and write them down in Platform
cloud parameter, pls follow the below picture:

Noted: Now Lmou cloud video are free of charge, we will update in time if they start to
charge.

Press “Device status” on menu to enter into device query window where
can query all kinds of device information.

Press the statistics bar below also can filter device status by type

E.g. Press【Arm(8)】can filter 8 devices which under arm status, press 【online(22)】will
show 22 devices status which are online

Right click menu in device tree or select status pop-up window on map,choose “ parameter
setting”to enter remote setup.

Zone Figure

Right click menu in device tree, or choose “zone information”from Map pop-up screen.

On the pop-up window, there is a zone 0, which is default zone for one key alarm panel like
518D. when pressing the quick alarm key the alarm notification corresponding zone means the
alarm panel.

If want to set zone figure need to add zone, and need to press the green “+“ to add zone.

E.g. To add zone 1, can set zone 1 position in zone figure,press zone figure position set to load
up picture and set position.

One device bind a zone figure, every zone can bind a position.

Firstly, Press green + in top right corner to add zone figure.After adding, it will store on PC, if
change PC, need to re-upload or copy this figure to the new PC.
Then Making sure the zone position, the light in the figure is movable,User can move the light
to the exact zone position in the zone figure, after confirm the position, pls press “confirm
position”button in the top right corner to upload the zone position to server.
Finally, check the position on zone figure,and when there is alarm, it will pop-up window.

The guard on duty can click to view the zone area figure to quickly locate the alarm position.
Noted:If not setting zone position,the pop-up window light position would be in top left corner.

8.
Video linkage
When alarm,zone can linkage with video,Right click menu in device tree, or choose “zone
information”on the Map pop-up window.

E.g. Zone 0 【Device】 set video linkage


Click left side zone 0, then double click the IP Camera on the first window on the left side. When
there is IP Camera name on the third window on the right side that means binding successful.
When this zone alarm and pop-up window, it will turn on the IP CAMERA automatically.

Alarm receiving setting

Event type refers to alarm content when alarm panel are trigger and send notification.User can
set showing color, Pop-up window or not, and handling automatically without display on the
PC when alarming.

E.g. remote disarm, setting the color as orange, and not pop-up window automatically.

Duress alarm, setting it as pop-up window automatically. When alarm panel are
trigger, and duress alarm, there is a pop-up window on PC, and show it need to be handle
in urgent.

Video checking
Firstly, Enter into “video surveillance” page, double click IP camera on the device tree
of left side to check the video.NVR camera need to double click the corresponding
channel then can play the video.

12.1 Video playback

1) Click to enter into video playback page


2) Choose local video
3) Choose the IP camera want to check
4) Choose the video date, to choose the one you want to check.
5) Choose the video you want, and The video name with “EVENT” is alarm video, when
alarming, it will record 1 min Automatically;The video name with DATE is manual video;
double click the video you want to play.

Register
User can get the account and password via two way, one is HEYI TECH send the account
and password to you directly; the other is registering on the software.Here would like to
introduce how to register.

1. Registering page:user should file all information and should locate the registration location.
If there is any box empty, press register button, then the empty box will become red color to
remind it is required one. Locating on the map, user should search his/her exactly position first,
then press left mouse button, and system will pick up the latitude and longitude automatically.
Click the registration button to complete the corresponding permission application after filling

all information and confirming. And HEYI TECH will receive register apply information.

2. Administrator authorization:After receiving user register apply information, we will check


and audit. Incomplete or inaccurate information will not be accepted, Users who fail to pass the
audit will be prompted with wrong user name or password when they log in.

Log in page and Custom Function

There are login and register function on login page, for customer convenient use and
meeting customize requirement, the background picture of the login page and the position of
the login box can be set freely. Pls see the steps as follow:

1.1.Open the software install position,if it is default position:C:\Program Files
(x86)\SmartAlarmCenter
1.2.Find out SmartMonitor.exe.Config,Open it as txt file。
1.3.Find out the parameter item: <add key="LoginBoxLocation" value="300,400" />
1.4.”300,400” is page XY axis,When the value is changed and saved,reopen the
software,the login box will change as the AXIS which you set just now.
1.5.Noted:The changed data must be a positive integer,the comma between the two
values must be a comma in English mode, cannot be the Chinese comma.

14.2 background picture of the login page setting way


2.1.Open the software install position,if it is default position:C:\Program Files
(x86)\SmartAlarmCenter
2.2.Find out background picture,if it is default position : C:\Program Files
(x86)\SmartAlarmCenter\UI\login\bgImg.jpg
2.3.Change the name of the new picture you want as bgImg.jpg, instead of the old picture.
Then reopen the software, the background picture would be the new one.
2.4.Noted:picture would be 800*600,If the new picture is not this size, it may be stretched
or squeezed.

15.

Other functions
15.1 Setting【receiving】device online/offline message
Device online/offline notice:Because of the influence of the network,when network are not
good,device will push online/offline notice frequency, and push messages repeatedly that would be
a bad user experience, so Factory default to push device online notice, and not offline notice. But
user can set by themselves to decide to receive both or not, the setting way are as follow:

1. open setting button

3. Choose device online/offline notice, if tick it means receive both information, if not,
means not receive offline notice. Factory default is not receiving offline notice. This setting only need
to tick or not tick, no need to click the save button.
