possession
2. GST, Duties, Other Govt. Charges, Stamp Duty, Registration, Lawyer's Fee as applicable will be charged extra.
3. Date of Completion : plot no.1 to 24 & 53 to 62 is 28/02/2022 / and for plot no.25 to 52 is 30/06/2022
4. RERA Registration Number :UPRERAPRJ351477
5. One Year i.e 1st year advance maintenance charges @ Rs. 53.92/- per sq.mtr. per month (Rs. 5 per sq. ft. per month) payable as per
payment plan + @18% GST EXTRA
6.Additional compensation to farmers which is Rs. 20 per sqft (DD in favour of YEIDA payable at NOIDA) at the time of offer of
possession.
