Minutes of the Regular Session of the Sangguniang Barangay of San Nicolas 2 nd Betis, held on
April 02, 2021 (Saturday) at 9:00 in the morning at the Barangay Hall of San Nicolas 2 nd Betis,
Guagua, Pampanga.

MINUTES OF THE SESSION

A. Call to Order:

The Regular Session was called to order by the Hon. Gerardo C. Garcia, Punong
Barangay at 9:00 in the morning who continued to preside over the session.

B. Roll Call:

The Presiding officer asked the Brgy. Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a
quorum was declared to be presents.

C. Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the Minutes of the Previous
Session. On motion of Kag. Ryan C. Dizon, duly seconded by the bodies, the
minutes of the previous session was approved as read.

D. PROCEEDINGS:

» PB Garcia, said that there will be a Orientation for the Barangay Council on
Localization of the Safe Space Act on April 08, 2022. All brgy. Council needs to
participant in the said webinar to be conducted in barangay hall.
» He also told the Brgy. Treasurer that there is also a webinar/ zoom meeting.
Orientation on the F.Y 2022 Local Government Support Fund Financial
Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF-FALGU) for barangay.
» PB also told Kag. Bautista that there is a webinar on April 11, 2022 for the
Overview of the Activity and National Nutrition Council and the Philippines Plan
of Action for Nutrition sa Barangay.

E. Adjournment:
There being no other matter to be discussed, the Punong Barangay
adjourned the Session at Exactly 11:00 o’clock.
