Speaking Rubric PET

B1 Preliminary for Schools Speaking examiners use assessment scales to evaluate examinees' grammar and vocabulary, discourse management, pronunciation, and interactive communication. The scales describe performance at different levels from 0 to 5, with 3 representing a satisfactory or borderline level of achievement. Examiners consider how well examinees control grammar, use an appropriate range of vocabulary, organize their responses, pronounce words and sentences, and engage in discussion.
