Values Framework
The purpose of this assessment is to diagnose your organisation’s current culture. Understandin
organisational culture is important because it is the single largest factor that inhibits organisatio
improvement and change. Research is clear that healthy cultures enhance success, whereas un
cultures inhibit success. But in order to take advantage of the power of organisational culture, i
adequately measured.
Please rate each of the statements by dividing 100 points between alternatives A, B, C, and D d
how similar the description is to your organisation (i.e. 100 would indicate very similar and 0 wo
not at all similar). The total points for each question must equal 100. The assessment uses this
better demonstrate how 'trade-offs' always exist in organisations. That is, the response scale de
the inherent trade-offs required in any approach to culture change.
You may divide the 100 points in any way among the four alternatives in each question. Some a
may get zero points, for example. Remember that the total must equal 100.
When you have completed the questionnaire you may want to share them with others in your
so that you can produce a consolidated analysis and compare scores.
