CALL

SCENARIO

1. PREPARING
• Check the location assigned to you.
• Go to the web site and ensure that in your survey noted the correct phone number and open hours.
• Make the call during open hours.

2. YOUR LEGEND
• You want to purchase a split air-condition system for your living room or bedroom (please make sure you have a realistic
scenario and the room size at hand).
• Since you have never owned an air conditioner and put great value on quality, you need the advice of a professional. In no
case ask directly for DAIKIN, but let the employee recommend a device.

3. CALL
• Never ask for a specific brand, but stay open for the employee’s recommendations.
• During the course of your conversation do not forget to ask about the delivery time/the time it takes until installation.
• Except this question stay rather passive and do not ask too many questions, but take note of what the employee addresses.

IMPORTANT
• It is OBLIGAROTY to ask for the name of the consultant.
• If you are asked for the city of residence, indicate the city of the location you are assigned with.
• NEVER ask for a specific brand, but stay open for the employee’s recommendations.
• During the course of your conversation it is OBLIGATORY to ask about the delivery time/the time it takes until
installation.
• Except this question stay rather passive and do not ask too many questions, but take note of what the employee addresses

WHAT IF:
• I don’t receive the reply at the first attempt – make 2 calls more within an interval of 15 minutes. If you don’t get an
answer after 3 calls, make the screenshots of all three calls, fill out the survey indicating the situation and submit it.
• I cannot find the number I should call – check the Contact list in brief instructions or contact your coordinator.
• I cannot make the phone call on the assigned day – inform your coordinator about it.

4. FILLING OUT THE SURVEY


• Make the screenshot of the call (with visible phone number, date and time of the call) and attach it to the survey.
• Fill out the survey in English within 8 hours after the call.

YOUR SURVEY WILL NOT BE PAIF IN CASE IF


• You contact the wrong location or during non-open hours.
• You reveal yourself as a mystery shopper.
• You ask for a specific brand.
• You violate the scenario.
• You filled out the survey later then 48 hours after the call.
