6.4.Checking operating mode MANUAL


Set the mode selector switch S104 to operating mode Manual and the stage selector
switch S107 for manual and test setting to stage 5. The engine runs with idle speed
and the vibration is switched on (the plug on the vibration pump remains
disconnected).

System o.K. System not o. k. Remedy


Driving forward The amplitude display does - Check wiring:
amplitude display not respond and remains in Sensing of travel direction
moves to bottom area. Horizontal . On Terrameter module A44
Vibration signal
Valves V1 to V4
Wiring harness control panel
- Check hydraulic system

The amplitude display moves - Change the direction signal


to top area. R_out on the Terrameter
module A44 (PIN 2 - 3 )
When returning the travel The amplitude display does - Check wiring:
lever to neutral position, the not respond. Valves V1 to V4
amplitude display must return - Check hydraulic system
to Horizontal
Driving in reverse The amplitude display does - Check wiring:
amplitude display not respond and remains in Sensing of travel direction
moves to top area. Horizontal . On Terrameter module A44
Vibration signal
Valves V1 to V4
Wiring harness control panel
- Check hydraulic system
When returning the travel The amplitude display does - Check wiring:
