Independent Director of the Company, vide his letter dated 7th May, 2018 expressed his
desire to step down from the Board of the Company and its subsidiary, and all the
Committees of the Board where he is a member, due to advancing age and perceived
need to be able to spend more time with his family.

The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 7th August, 2018 accepted the resignation
of Mr. S. S. Kelkar with effect from 8th August, 2018 and. also placed on record their
appreciation for the valuable contribution made by him during his tenure as an
Independent Director of the Company.
