 About the Benevolent Trust
Benevolent Trust is a non - profit social organization established in 2011 and registered under the trust act
(Reg. No: 399 / 2011). In order to help the Women Development Programme, Child Rights Programme,
Vo c a t i o n a l Tr a i n i n g P r o g r a m m e & R e s e a r c h A c t i v i t i e s a t v a r i o u s l e v e l s .
In this pursuit academic exploration of the Benevolent Trust has planned to found an Academy in the name
of Puducherry Research Institute of Management Education & Science (PRIMES). Benevolent Trust is a
non - profit organization on with objective to contribute to the field of Management Education &Science research by
promoting research and academic coordination among the researchers working in the field of educational institutions
in India.

About the college

Annai College of Arts & Science, accredited ‘B” Grade by NAAC in 2015, is a leading Co-educational, Under
Graduate, Post Graduate and Research Institution. It is located in a sprawling area of 10 acres of land with greenish
e n v i r o n m e n t i n K o v i l a c h e r i i n K u m b a ko n a m , Ta m i l n a d u . I t o f f e r s 2 0 U G c o u r s e s ,
11 PG course and 3 Ph.D. Programmes besides add – on courses. The student strength is 3500, of which girls
constitute above 30 percent. The faculty strength is 140. The college is affiliated by Bharathidasan University.
