Norte by virtue of Republic Act No. 6941, to celebrate the birth and commemorate the
memory of one of Ilocandia’s heroes, Gov. Roque B. Ablan Sr. Since 1990, this event has
been a symbol of political and economic stability in the province, and a reflection of the
Ilocanos’ resilience and heroism. Your video message will definitely make this event a
very remarkable one.
