1. Environment: The environment section includes the senior like taking off and landing of airplanes,
checking of passport and security, checking of passport and VISA and booking and cancelation of
ticket at reception.
2. Interaction: Passenger to recipient, pilot to cabin crew, pilot to airhost, security to passenger,
passenger to flight crew.
3. Objects: Airplanes, passenger, luggage, luggage trollies, baggage lift at airports.
4. Activities: security check-in, Information desk, computed check-in system, passport check-in.
We have Five type of user that can handle whole the system. That will show in on figure. User Like
faculty, Student, Admin, Etc.…

. Empathy Mapping
This system is used to book tickets online and with easy payment methods. we are giving facility of booking
tickets online and also checking of flight roots and can also get online ticket confirmations of payments and
erecept of that same booking

. Ideation Canvas
1. This would be used by Impulse public, airport staff, passengers, pilots, security officials.
2. The passenger could able to apply for Rickets booking, payment Receipt, tickets details. Etc.
3. This could be accessed from anywhere from where internet connection is available.
4. Our props are Anywhere & Any Time to book tickets and other else.

. Product Development Canvas
1. Purpose: Our puropse with these project is to make the travelling period fast and more comfortable
on the passenge’s view. By providing much facilities with our porject.
2. People: The usage of these Facility is priore to the passengers, officials, Airport staff, security etc.
3. Product Experience: The advantages of the product is easy access, 24x7 communication, towards digital
future.
4. Product function & feature: The Functions and features are built in way that any one can easily use it.
• First of all, we would like to mention about my future plan is for easy
acceptable and easily accessible for all who want to go through air
travel.
• The main thing is that people want more and more cheaper or
refundable tickets, so we think we have to collaborate with good
airline and bank for fair discount and in their cards.
