How to Use the Selected Sanjeevini Combination Sheets -

(SSC Sheets)

What is a Selected Sanjeevini Combination?: Every time you prepare a Sai Sanjeevini
healing prayers remedy for someone, you are giving the person a Combination of a few
Sanjeevinis based on the body parts affected and a few Sanjeevinis based on the symptoms or
diseases the person is suffering from at the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level.
Chapter 4 of A Healer's Guide (/index.php/a-healers-guide/chapter-4-selected-sanjeevini-
combinations/description-of-selected-sanjeevini-combinations-ssc-1-to-ssc-70) has   the
Description of 70 basic Selected Sanjeevini Combinations, SSC 1 to SSC 70, for several
problems/diseases/conditions.

A Selected Sanjeevini Combination can consist of :

(a) Only Body Parts Sanjeevinis or

(b) Only Disease Sanjeevinis or

(c) Body Parts Sanjeevinis and Diseases Sanjeevinis or

d) Body Parts Sanjeevinis, Diseases Sanjeevini and one or more Selected Sanjeevini
Combinations.

What is a Selected Sanjeevini Combination Sheet ? : A Selected Sanjeevini Combination

(SSC) Sheet shows in the Right Panel, all the relevant Body Parts Sanjeevinis (BPS) Cards, 
Diseases Sanjeevini (DS) Cards and other SSCs included in the Combination,  On the left side
of the Panel, all the BPS Cards and DS Cards included in the specific Combination are  printed. 
All Cards are connected to a Central Output circle on which the medium to be charged is
placed for a minute or more. The medium in which the Sanjeevini Remedy is being prepared
can be Water, Vibhuti (holy ash), Homeo globules, Crystals or any other medium of your
choice. Please see the Section  3.4  Choosing a Medium of your choice (/index.php/a-
healers-guide/chapter-3-getting-started-with-sanjeevini-healing/choosing-
a-medium-for-your-remedy)  in Chapter 3.

Downloading, Printing and Storing the SSC Combination Sheets in a file :

2. Click on the relevant SSC No  in the Table which has the list of all the 70 Combinations from
SSC 1 to SSC 70.  The Combination Sheet for the chosen SSC No. will open as a pdf file. This
can be downloaded on your PC and saved in a new Folder (named Selected Sanjeevini
Combination Sheets). It is good to download all pdf files of Combination sheets from SSC 1 to
SSC 70 into this folder so that you can have access to all the Combination Sheets offline even
when the Internet is not working.

3. Take a Printout of the Sheet and store it in a file with protective sleeves  as shown in the
Exhibit below. Take Printouts of all Combination Sheets from SSC 1 to SSC 70 and store these
in the same file for regular use in your Sai Sanjeevini Seva (service).

Also  take printouts of a few Commonly used Sub Combinations for which the Combination
Sheets are available. e.g. Under SSC 2 Allergies (all ) Combination, , you can take a Printout of
SSC 2 (a) Hay Fever Combination by clicking on SSC 2 (a).

How to Prepare Sanjeevini healing Prayers Remedies with the SSC Sheets? : 

We illustrate the process of preparing a Sanjeevini Remedy using the Sanjeevini Combination
Sheet for SSC 70 Sai Sanjeevini Tonic Combination as an example.

The same process is to be used for preparing remedies from every Sanjeevini
Combination Sheet. 

Please note that every SSC Sheet has on it the instructions for preparing a
Sanjeevini Remedy or a Sanjeevini Remedy Sample. If a Combination Sheet has on
the Right Panel one or more SSC Combinations included, then we should Charge our
medium with these SSC Combination Sheets as well. This becomes very easy if we

have copies of all the 70 SSC Combination Sheets from SSC 1 to SSC 70 printed,
stored in a file (as shown above) and ready for use.

How to prepare SSC 70 Sai Sanjeevini Tonic using the Combination Sheet for SSC
70. 

Step 1:  Click on  SSC 70 in the Selected Sanjeevini Combination Sheets Table (/index.php/sai-
sanjeevini-healing-cards-part-3/selected-sanjeevini-combination-sheets).   Download the SSC
70 Sheet and take a printout. Keep the Sheet it in a transparent plastic sleeve for protection
from moisture, dust and crumpling. The plastic sleeve is available from Stationery shops.

Step 2: Place a glass of water or a bottle of water or a jug of water on the Central Output
Circle of the Combination Sheet which is connected with all the twenty Sanjeevini Cards – 10
Healing Cards from SSC 1 and 10 Cards from SSC 60. The container can be of any material -
glass, plastic, steel… and any shape or size. Please note that you can prepare your Sanjeevini
remedy in different mediums like water, homeo globules, vibhuti. Water is the most
convenient and popular medium. However if you are preparing Samples of Selected Sanjeevini
Combinations, Vibhti (holy ash) or Homeo globules are good mediums as explained in Chapter

Leave the container with water on the Central Output circle of the Combination Sheet for one
minute or more. The water in the container is now getting charged with the healing &
rejuvenating vibrations encapsulated in all the 20 Sai Sanjeevini healing prayers Cards on the
Combination Sheet

Step 3: During this time of one minute or more please do add the power of your own prayers
offered with full faith in the Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent. Chanting a Mantra or
repeating a healing Affirmation or being in Silence during the charging process of one minute
or more are powerful ways of deepening our connection with God as we pray for healing and
rejuvenation of our body, mind & soul from the depths of our heart. People who do not believe
in the concept of God, can just be in silence for a minute or more to connect their mind with
the deeper levels of silence within them and express their pure intention of wanting to get
healed and rejuvenated holistically.

Any prayer from any faith is perfect. The following prayer may be used as a guideline if it
appeals to you.

“O Lord, please heal and rejuvenate me, my family, friends, neighbours and all beings of my
country & of my Universal family in every country (Vasudaiva Kutumbakam) physically,
mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Please forgive us all for the wrongs that we may have
done knowingly or unknowingly. Please bless us all with peace, love, compassion, prosperity &
joy. Please lead us from untruth to truth; from the darkness of ignorance to the light of
spiritual wisdom; from death (of our ego) to the experience of immortality of our soul.”

Step 4 : The Water in the Container is now charged with the healing vibrations embedded in
all the Twenty Sai Sanjeevini Healing Cards on the Combination Sheet, and also charged with
the healing vibrations of your own fervent focused prayers.

Using the SSC Sheet for Distance Healing  through Broadcasting of Sanjeevinis.   

The Sanjeevini Combination Sheet can also be used as a Broadcasting Sheet for Distance
Healing.

If you wish to send distance healing with SSC 70 Sai Sanjeevini Tonic to a relative, friend,
neighbour or to a group of people, all you need to do is to write the name of the person or a
description of the group of people in the Central Output circle of the Sheet and pray from the
depths of your heart as suggested above.

The healing vibrations of all Sai Sanjeevini Tonic  20  are now reaching the intended
beneficiaries mentioned in the Output circle.
