1 OUTER WALLS :
The outer walls are should be made up of SHEET MOULDING
COMPUND depression panels of pyramid shape modular type as per IS
10192 capable of withstanding wind load of 180 Km/Hr. These modular
type of panels must be manufactured by hot compression moulding
process of size 1M X 1 M with fire ret ardent, as per UL – 94
STANDARD no weathering effect, shock proof, resistant to saline and
chemical nature and having thermal insulation properties with flange of
75 mm having minimum thickness of 9mm on all the four sides. The
panel depression area will be of minimum Thickness 2.5mm. The panels
shall have predrilled holes on the flange area. The panels are joined
together using EPDM/ BUTYL RUBBER GASKET / PVC FOAM
GASKETS, 75mm width and 2.5mm thick. The panels are assembled
using M 10 X 40 fasteners 3 Nos. Polyurethane coating shall be given to
the outer walls of the panels. Doors will be FRP moulded. With suitable
hinges, handle and two pad locks front side and rear side respectively.
Size 2 M X 1 M. ISMB 200 columns with polymeric cladding including
foundation bolts three columns per 6 M.

Puff insulation of minimum density of 38 Kg / Cu. M. polyurethane foam


should be injected to the cavity of the above SMC panels on the walls and
12 mm plywood embedded to the puff to hold the electrical fittings.
Inner wall paneling should be of polymeric panels of minimum 6 mm
thick with an air gap of minimum 4 mm these panels joined together by
tongue and groove using self tapping screws. Cutouts should be made
where ever necessary for Fixing of electrical fittings and air conditioners.
Windows shall of polymeric frame and glass of suitable thickness of 4mm
all sliding type.

2 ROOF
Roof truss and pulines should be made up of anti corrosive painted 75
mm dia and 4 mm thick round tubular section designed to suit a t roof
structure with 0.47mm GI colour coated roof sheet fixed with hilti
fasteners ensuring 100% leak proof roofing and capable of withstanding
150 Km/ Hr wind load. sqm

3 FALSE CEILING
False ceiling frame works made out of GI GRID designed to fixed to
the above roof truss and walls using fasteners of suitable length.

False ceiling should be done with polymeric section of minimum 6 mm


thick with an air gap of minimum 4 mm these panels are joined together
by tongue and groove using self tapping screws. Cutouts should be made
where ever necessary for Fixing of electrical fittings. Height of the false
ceiling should be 3M. False ceiling shall be suitable for running all
electrical wiring and AC ducting.

4 PARTITIONS
Partition frames be made up of anti corrosive painted 25 mm square
tubular section and double side paneling with polymeric section of
minimum 6 mm thick with an air gap of minimum 4 mm these panels are
joined together by tongue and groove using self tapping screws. Doors for
the partitions should be polymeric doors. 25 mm EPS insulation shall be
given in between partitions

Payment: 10 % with P.O. 60% against delivery and 30 % against running bills completion of work.

Delivery.& Completion of work : Within 20 days from the conformation of order.
