Yamaha Nmax 155 - Starting The Engine

To start the engine, the sidestand must be up. Turn the main switch on and confirm the indicator lights come on briefly then turn off. Close the throttle completely and push the start switch while applying the front or rear brake. Do not ride through deep water as it may damage the engine, and avoid puddles which could be deeper than expected. For maximum engine life, do not accelerate hard when the engine is cold.
