SUBJECT SPECIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATION OF BAJAJ

MAXIMA/TROOP CARRIER

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8, Article II of Republic Act No. 4136 on the
Uniformity of Registration Fees and Classification, and Section 5 of Republic Act No.
8794 on the Reclassification and New Models of Motor Vehicle, all manufacturers
and/or assemblers of motor vehicles, prior to the introduction of a new model motor
vehicle, shall submit the specifications of said model to the Land Transportation Office
which shall determine under what schedule of registration fees the said model should
fall. Below are the specifications of the subject model based on the inspection
conducted at the North Motor Vehicle Inspection Center, to wit:

register new motor vehicles shall register the same with the Type - Three Wheeled
Vehicle (TWV) and it is an LS Category vehicle.

For purposes of collection, the MVUC shall be the same as Passenger Car - Light and
it qualifies for three year initial registration considering its piston displacement exceeds
200cc.

Operation of these vehicles up to secondary national highways may be allowed if there

is no alternate route designated by local government units (LGUs) and shall take the
outermost lane or the right most portion of the road. In addition, with respect to the
powers of LGUs in relation to traffic management, they may prohibit or allow the
operation of these vehicles along all types of roads (except expressways) within their
jurisdiction.

Further, ensure that mandatory documentary requirements are complete and in order
prior to their acceptance for initial registration.
