The ‘C’ hydrogen generator system is based on Steam Reforming of natural gas, LPG or
naphtha as feed to produce a hydrogen-rich gas. The gas is then purified by the subsequent
purification system.

HYDROGEN PURIFICATION SYSTEM
The hydrogen purification system is based on the principle of bonding the impurities of a
hydrogen-rich feed gas with individually designed adsorbent materials to leave a high purity
hydrogen stream. The purification is effected in at least four adsorber vessels to ensure a
continuous hydrogen product flow. The process is defined by four main steps.

REFORMERS
STEAM REFORMERS
Steam reforming is the most extensive process
for the generation of hydrogen-rich synthesis gas from light
carbohydrates in the petrochemical industry.
The feed materials naphtha, liquid gas and natural gas are
endothermically converted with water steam into synthesis
gas in catalytic tube reactors. Flue gas and Process heat are
used for the steam generation. We are a reliable supplier of
steam reformer plants with capacities of synthesis gas from
400 to over 220,000 Nm³/h of.

STEAM REFORMERS TOP FIRED


The Steam Reformer Top Fired has more
advantages than other reformers and is characterized by a
peak in the tube wall temperature in the upper part of the
reformer which provides the highest heat flux.

WASTE HEAT RECOVERY UNIT


The waste heat recovery unit (WHRU) is an
energy recovery heat exchanger that transfers heat from
process outputs at high temperature to other system of the
process for specific purpose, normally increased efficiency.
The WHRU is an equipment engaged in cogeneration. Waste
heat may be taken out from sources such as hot flue gases
from Steam Reformers.

CATALYST TUBES
Catalyst tubes, also known as reformer tubes are used in the Chemical,
Petrochemical or Fertilizer Industry, primarily for Methanol, Hydrogen or Ammonia applications.
They are required in steam reforming processes, in which a synthesis gas containing carbon
monoxide and hydrogen is produced from a carbon-containing energy carrier. The process
takes place under high pressure, at high temperatures and in the presence of a catalyst. In the
steam reforming process, mostly naphtha and steam are heated at a pressure of 3 MPa or
higher up to a temperature of 800-1000°C. Reformer tubes used in extreme environments
under high temperatures and pressures are required to have high resistance to heat and
extremely high resistance to creep damage.

Company is a Private Limited Company that was
established in 2010 in Tehran, Iran. The refinery,
which had previously started its operation, is aimed
at increasing the production of sweet gas, reducing
the consumption of petroleum products, production of
propane, butane, and gas condensate, the export of
by-products, the supply of natural gas to urban
areas, and supplying ethane required by
petrochemical units in the region.

Assalouyeh Green Tank Petrochemical (AGTP)


AGTP’s Centralized Tank Farm is located in
south-eastern South Pars. Petrochemical Phase II
includes more different types of storage tank and
used for storage and export of petrochemical
products in phase II of Assalouyeh.
Bushehr Petrochemical Co.
BUPC located in the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone in Assalouyeh project began in 2015
with a finance of over €1.9 Billion. In its full capacity, it will produce 6.6 million tons per year of
petrochemicals and therefore it will be considered as the largest petrochemical plant in Iran. BUPC will
produce a wide range of petrochemicals including but not limited to Methanol, Propane, Butane, C5+,
Ethylene, HDPE, MEG, etc.

This project is located in Eslam Abad Gharb, Kermanshah. This Plant is supplying ethane
required by petrochemical units in the region.
ICIIC (Iran Chemical Industries
Investment Company)
Project located in Isfahan. the Hot
Oil System (U-3600) is a hot oil production
package with a 34 Gcal/hr design capacity.​

The purpose of constructing is to
receive 500 million ft3 per day sour gas from
west karoun oil fields (darkhoein, yadavaran,
jofeir, bande karkhe, azadegan and north
