Initiated interview process, new hire orientation and on-boarding, and coached and counseled managers in properly hiring and terminating employees. Maintained policies and procedures manual for corporate and property employees. Administered all benefits and employee programs, payroll, workers compensation, and COBRA. Tracked FMLA, STD, and LTD, coordinated annual 401k audit, reviewed discrimination testing, and ensured receipt of benefit plans schedules for 5500 tax filings. Successfully compiled data, accurately generated reports, and developed an Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1 and EO Surveys, and VETS 100.
