A. Why are you applying for this job?

I am applying for this job because I have well experienced and I think i am capable fir this position.

B. What stresses you most? How do you deal with job pressure?
I can handle myself like for example about under work pressure, I can stay calm always
and stay focus on what I need to be accomplished. I can work over time if needed.

C. Have you had to support others in the face of opposition or challenge? Describe what
happened?
Fairly recently, my team had a situation where a new piece of software was causing more
delays than it was meant to solve.
I was managing the programming team at the time, so I stepped in to learn more about
the specific problems and how it was affecting each team member’s workflow.
Some members of the team were a bit upset by this extra workload, but I held a meeting
where each employee’s issues could be voiced and heard, so that everyone felt respected
throughout the process. By delegating tasks and working extra hard for a week (both me
and my team), we were able to successfully troubleshoot the issue without becoming
absolutely burnt out by the process.
In the end, the new piece of software sped up our processes by 19%, so it was a challenge
well worth taking on.

D. Give me an example of when you have used “out of box thinking” to solve a problem.
In my position as head of a design department in the fashion industry working under
pressure to prepare ranges of styles for each new season I never had time for “nonsensical
management speak” & its silly expressions, I had to get on with the job.

E. In your area of work what changes have you made which directly impacted results.
Describe a time when you have made a significant improvement in the operation of your
work.
In my last company our team who closed the project in the target date that is the
completion of the project. It was achieved as written in the contract. In tha there is a
sirect impacted in the schedule team to collect the remaining of the project to the client
side.

F. State any negative traits that you have. What are your areas of improvements?

G. What do you consider was one of the greatest achievements last year? Why?
My gestest achievement is my previous company, I am one in our team who closed the
project in the target date that is handover of the final project record book. It was
handover to the client side based on the date written in the contract.

H. If hired for the Document Control Center Staff, what is your agenda for the department?
What will you do in the first 100 days?
If I am hired in your company, my agenda is to know the process or procedure of your
company and to issue the document as soon as possible.
In first 100 days I will share my 10 years experience from other country such as making
system or procedure for the smooth processing of documentation.
