surroundings.
Wood elves are proficient with longsword, short sword, longbow & shortbow
Wood Elves can attempt to hide in the wilderness even when lightly obscured.
Hermit
You have been a recluse. You know mysteries of faith and healing.
It seems likely that you can use a healer kit (if used in your campaign) and herbalist kit.
Ranger
This ranger selected the archery fighting style at level 2, giving +2 to attack rolls with ranged
weapons (thrown, missiles). Remember to add this if required.
Favored Terrain -- choose arctic, coast, desert, forest, grassland, mountain, swamp, Underdark.
