Tyagi.Client was conscious and all routine care given to client till

now. She is adviced for the blood investigation during todays

DIAGNOSIS: Right The following medication are given at present
Femoral Fracture IV FLUIDS: IV bolus + 1 g cephalosporin
VITAL SIGNS:
Morning medication given at 8am.

GENERAL CONDITION
R: 18b/m CNS: Patient is conscious
TOTAL INTAKE: 400 ml CVS: Heart rate is normal
PULMONARY: Resp. 18 b/m
TOTAL OUTPUT: 200ml
GI SYSTEM: Patient taking orally
URINARY SYSTEM: Voided freely
