Method of Statement For Radiation

This document outlines radiation safety procedures for industrial x-ray radiography. It details requirements for personnel qualifications and dosimetry, safe distances from the x-ray source, emergency equipment, signage, and operational procedures. The x-ray generator source power and focal spot size are specified. Personnel dosimeters must be worn and calibrated daily, and radiation workers must also wear an alarm dosimeter. Warning signs and barriers are required to mark restricted areas during exposures. Only trained radiography personnel can operate the x-ray equipment, and exposures must be planned in advance and kept brief.
