Alccofast (SA)

alccofast is a grey cement-based, highly polymer-modified tile adhesive suitable for ceramic, stone, and vitrified tiles. It contains graded sand, cement, polymers, and chemicals to provide excellent adhesion. alccofast has a wet bulk density of 1.5-1.8 gm/ml and open time of over 5 minutes, allowing adjustability of tiles. When mixed with water at a 25-30% ratio, it can be applied at temperatures under 35°C to surfaces prepared by cleaning and dampening.

Mixing and Application Safety

1. Add alccofast to clean potable water (5-6 The use of dust masks, safety goggles, and gloves

Precautions

1. Add powder to water and not water to

2. Do not mix excessively, use material
immediately after mixing.
3. Do not add more water than recommended
4. Do not add sand or cement at site
5. Maximum thickness should not exceed 6mm
6. Let the product set properly on the surface
7. Remove excess material with damp sponge.

Packaging & Storage Life

alccofast is available in 20 kg bag and has a shelf


life of 6 months from the date of manufacturing if
