L. Identified Health Problems and Scoring

The nursing student identified five health problems for a family: poor environmental sanitation, unhealthy lifestyle, limited financial resources, malnutrition, and hypertension. Each problem was evaluated based on its nature, modifiability, preventive potential, and perceived importance to the family. Poor environmental sanitation and unhealthy lifestyle received the highest scores, while limited financial resources was deemed the most difficult to modify due to the family's situation. Malnutrition and hypertension were seen as health deficits but prevention was hampered by lack of financial resources and the family's perception of priorities.
