1. Secondary Safety Valve (Optional for SASO) 1
An additional safety valve is installed at the
top of the unit to give added protection
against increased pressure levels in the
storage tank. 2
2. Storage Tank
The steel tank interior has a Duraglass
coating which guarantees protection against
corrosive & fungi formatting agents. 3
3. Polyurethane Foam
The dense honey comb structure of the
polyurethane foam helps to retain heat
for an extended period of time, thus
offering significant savings in electricity 4
consumption.
4. Magnesium Anode
Prevents electrolytic corrosion, which in turn 5
gives the tank a longer life.
5. Heating Element
The immersion type heating element
is constructed from Nickel-Chromium
resistance wire sheathed in mineral filling, 6
the whole being encased in a copper tube &
sealed against moisture.
6. Outer Body
A Metal outer shell coated with a baked

white gloss finish, provides an elegant look
& offers

It has dual functions of non return valve &
pressure release.
8. Thermostat
An adjustable thermostat disconnects
the water heater from electric supply in
the event of water exceeding a pre-set
temperature. A lasting protection against

Multi-protection; Long Service Life

Water Flow Switch Protection

When water inlet volume is low, the unit stops
to protect the system. When the water volume
recovers, the unit starts working again.

Antifreezing Protection
When the unit is standby and water inlet temp. is
lower than 4°C but higher than 2°C, the water pump
starts up to protect the system.

High/Low Pressure Protection

High/Low pressure switches will switch o the
heat pump automatically to protect the whole
system when the pressure is over high/low.

High Discharging Temp. Protection

When the compressor discharging temp. is higher than
110°C, the unit will not work until the temperature is
lower than 85°C.

Compressor Overload protection

When the compressor is working overload,
the unit will stop working to protect the whole
system.
