Five (5) number of site visits during Detail Design and Engineering of complete project on the basis of request from
Hyosung. One visit will cover all the three sites (Mondarmonai, Krishna Nagar and PPSP). All kinds of Engineer’s
7 Accommodation, Fooding, Lodging, Travel arrangement during deployment at Site shall be under consultant scope. Consultant
The duration of each site visit is subjected to completion of specific works assigned by Hyosung for three days (one
day per site).

8 Extra visit (excluding point No. 7 above) shall be on chargeable basis. All kinds of Engineer’s Accommodation, Consultant
Fooding, Lodging, Travel arrangement during deployment at Site shall be under consultant scope.

Review and approval of Structural Steel Design of Gantry and Equipment.

All detail drawings for Steel Structure of sub-station shall be supplied to Consultant by Hyosung (received from
WBSETCL). However, the consultant shall have to submit the construction drawings to Hyosung/WBSETCL solely
prepared on the basis of these supplied drawings. Equipment structure drawings, supplied by Hyosung/WBSETCL,

shall have to be modified to suit to the approved GA drawing of the equipments and sectional elevation drawing of
switch-yard and to be submitted to Engineer for approval.
Any standard / non-standard drawings are not shared by WBSETCL/Hyosung, then complete design shall be the
responsibility of consultant.
10 Review and approval of Pile type foundation, if required. Consultant

11 Review and approval of Land Utilization Plan (LUP) including demarcation of temporary site setup. Consultant

16 Design and approval of Steel support structure of bus duct (SF6 Gas Insulated Bus Duct). Hyosung

Drawing Approval:
Consultant shall submit to the WBSETCL Engineer Six copies of detailed construction drawing of Electrical, structures
and foundation designs, along with six copies of detailed drawings for review purpose if and where required. Two

sets of drawings duly approved by the WBSETCL Engineer shall be furnished to Hyosung. Drawings returned with
"not approved" / "approved with comments" shall be resubmitted with revision number and date for approval till
final approval is obtained. After obtaining approval, the Consultant shall immediately submit to the WBSETCL
Engineer eight copies of the said drawing as distribution copies.

As Built Drawing Submission:

Six sets of "As built drawings" duly certified by site engineer(s) of WBSETCL and Project Manager of Hyosung

conveniently bounded along with one set of reproducible copy shall be supplied by the consultant within a period of
30 days of completion of the work at site and CD containing all such drawings (.DWG format) shall be supplied by
the consultant within a period of 30 days of completion of the work to Hyosung/WBSETCL Engineering Department.

As Built Drawing Submission:

Six sets of "As built drawings" duly certified by site engineer(s) of WBSETCL and Project Manager of Hyosung

conveniently bounded along with one set of reproducible copy shall be supplied by the consultant within a period of
30 days of completion of the work at site and CD containing all such drawings (.DWG format) shall be supplied by
the consultant within a period of 30 days of completion of the work to Hyosung/WBSETCL Engineering Department.

Complete end to end approval of drawings and documents from WBSETCL including all kinds of laisoning activities.

Pre-order Review:

Review of all pre-order finalization (Minimum of 3 Vendors/Suppliers/Manufacturers of each price schdule items)
technical query sheets from equipment suppliers for complete scope as per WBSETCL scope.

Equipment Change:
After submission of final input by Hyosung for civil foundation and structural steel design of Equipments, maximum

one (1) input change i.e. make/manufacturer change shall be entertained for minimum 10 number of deliverables in
complete project for civil and structural design without any additional cost implication.

23 Items which are not covered above but necessary for project completion - as per project requirement, tender Consultant
document and price schdule shall be deemed to be included in the scope of work.

All points shall be covered and complied with no deviation.
