Later on; after assuming the charge of Team Leader; guided the team members in successful completion of scoping study. Project title: Study of Oracle Purchasing and Inventory Client: Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL) Pakistan Oilfields is the leading Oil Exploration Company of the country. As a team member; I worked with the associated team members in system study and solution design. This is the second phase of ERP implementation at Pakistan Oil Fields in which the POL management has decided to transfer its procurement, inventory & associated activities from a standalone system to the current Oracle Applications. To ensure; POL has assigned the task of initial scoping of procurement and inventory operations to Ora-Tech System. Project title: Post Live Support of Oracle Financials and Purchasing Client: Pakistan Mobile Communications Ltd.
