INTRODUCTION
E-cigarette aerosol can contain nicotine and other addictive
substances that can cause lung disease, heart disease, and cancer,
and can explode.

JUSTIFICATION
I chose this topic to be able to make people aware of the evil of
smoking and addictions, and to be able to have good health.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
SMOKING

Acute or chronic intoxication caused by the abusive consumption of


tobacco and is characterized by respiratory and digestive disorders
and by its carcinogenic capacity

TOBACCO

Tobacco is an agricultural product processed from tobacco leaves with


nicotine. It is consumed in various ways. One of the main ones is the
confusion produced by the smoke that is inhaled when smoking.

IMPACT

• Chronic bronchitis

• Pulmonary emphysema

• Lung cancer

• Arterial hypertension

• Gastrointestinal ulcer

• Chronic gastritis

• Mouth cancer

• Nasal cavity cancer, etc.

SUGGESTIONS

• Do not allow people who work in the home to smoke inside the house
or around children.

• Do not allow smoking in the car

• Make sure there is no smoking anywhere that caters to minors.

• Ask about tobacco use of at least friends (ages 12-16)

Can smoking affect people's social life?

Smoking can also affect social life because the same thing happens
with genuinely social diseases, because it affects ignorance,
unemployment, poverty, violence, corruption, war and terrorism,
regardless of the segment of the population, it affects all communities.

CONCLUSION
Smoking is the first preventable cause of death in developed countries
and constitutes an important public health problem. When tobacco use
begins in adolescence, it continues into adulthood for several things.

SUGGESTIONS
• Do not allow people who work in the home to smoke inside the house
or around children.

• Do not allow smoking in the car

• Make sure there is no smoking anywhere that caters to minors.
